@Silver Surfer this isnt the other crazy suzuki in gt2, that was the twin engined cultus that then evolved into the escudo that u see here.. the red escudo was this cars evolution with a twin turbo v6
If I could choose 1 car to take to a low key car show, or even some youth parked at the gas station with their Volvo 240’s etc, it’s the Suzuki Escudo PP. honestly it wouldn’t matter if they had Lamborghinis, the Escudo would blow everything away.
This version is the original the first cultus and suzuki have it in his museum The version do you know it from gt2 the escudo one private collector in north America have it
well u you can Say that in my opinion The Geo lets call it that Was Faster than all the other JDM''S The Celica Also Godzilla wasnt So Monster up pike peak lol
signspam the most iconic car, various versions pumping out serious power and not one not one single person asks to test drive it, really ? Really? We get all this footage that generates thousands of views for our love of the escudo and not one journalist thinks to take a test drive of this beast ? How much more JDM and video game cred would you score with a video like that? And the views? Not one video of a review on this car and yet it’s been photographed thousands of times, speed hunters even enter Tajima’s workshop but not one test drive???? :( maybe the year 2020?
GoldenShaolinNutz You would have to first source all the parts, so the 4wd system to send power to all four and not have it grenade under load. Find someone to turn the five speed manual trans into a sequential setup. Once that’s done you’ll need a machined Suzuki V6 that can handle boost; luckily it’s 2018 and not 1996 so turbos and fuel have improved as well as ECU’s. Assuming you managed to get an H25A V6 TT to 980HP through a sequential 5 -or- 6 speed w/ 4wd transfer case all you need now is to build a frame to hold you and all this stuff. Monster Sport used space grade aluminum but maybe you can do your own carbon fibre chassis? Figure out the chassis and do all your mount points to fit all your parts and this might finally be the easier stretch; Since the car was in a video game you can actually scale the body to real size; start making carbon fibre or maybe you want to cut costs go with fibre glass moulds and start creating the body.... once all that is done you can fabricate the giant spoiler. :D should be no more than; oh wow! $2,000,000 Credits.
Your comment made me wonder why Monster Tajima ditched the Cultus Pikes Peak car? Things at Monster Sport definitely improved when they had access to a wind tunnel to further their aero design. I don’t know why Monster Tajima ditched the Cultus and then decided to run an Escudo bodied car with the same setup only to ditch it in 1996 for the V6 (Red Escudo in GT2). I wish I spoke Japanese lol.
Maybe the Cultus pikes peak was used in Japanese Rally? But that doesn’t make sense due to the name of the car lol maybe it didn’t weigh enough? Maybe the twin engines didn’t produce enough torque at those elevations. I wish I could test drive the 96’ Escudo. It’s my f**king dream.

thats why you Can Only Call a Car a Monster Is It Has 2 Engines and Tajima is behind the Wheel

Does he guy at the front guiding the tire actually think he is doing something./
Pushing from the tire crests 2x the force of pushing the bodywork. Because leverage
