Great video. Love the simplicity of the juice plus the fact that you don't get rid of the fiber. I need all of my fiber. Lol. I also just saved my kombucha glass bottles for the same reason. I was thinking about purchasing those glass bottles but then God dropped it in my spirit to recycle the ones I already purchased for my juicing.

Shen! I really wanted to hear the blender especially because you say it’s supposed to be quiet lol. My nutribullet is pretty loud. This was super informative! Love the label printer it’s so cuteee. I realize you never put no likkle sweetener like honey in the juice 👀 lol
It never that quiet at all misses lol 😂, I’ll maybe have to do a complete review of it . It’s however not as noisy as my Ninja ; it’s also a possibility that maybe my neighbors didn’t hear it .
Re. Sweetener , the lemon and ginger complimented the taste of the drink … I rather to have it pure … pure 😁.
I left the link for the printer , so you can purchase one if you’d like to do so . I also use it to label my travel size bottle ( hair , face etc products) … because girl , I don’t like checking bags, especially for short trips out of Jamaica

What about adding ground flaxseed/chiaseed to it. More nutrient densed,& the omega 3 so important for the body.
That sounds like a good idea , however , in this video I wanted to focus primarily on the kale . I will however try that next time , thanks for that suggestion .
On another note , , I usually use chia seeds in my protein shakes. 🙂
Take off the stems of the kale befire blending.
