I drink beet juice everyday for high blood pressure. It literally lowers my pressure by roughly 10 to 12 points about 2 hours after drinking! It has truly been a miracle for me.
I’m considered obese, however I have lost 70lbs and trying to lose more weight. I changed so much as a man, I bought a top of the line juicer and now I’m experimenting with juices. I HATED beets, I thought they tasted like 💩, but now I’m finding recipes where I can incorporate beets where I can actually enjoy. So far I have a recipe that I enjoy. 1) 1 Beetroot 2) Some Ginger 3) 1 Red apple 4) 2 Cucumbers 5) 1 Lemon So far I’m really happy with that juice. I had some today and I feel great! It gave me some energy that I ended up typing a whole page on my paper. I’m going to try and add beets more to my diet, perhaps not everyday, but maybe like every other day.

I use to eat out everyday, my favorite food being fast food and junk food. I rarely cooked for myself and even if I did it was something simple like a sandwich with chips or hot dogs, even microwaveable food. I had to cut out all the fast food, I would eat at places like McDonalds and Jack in the Box everyday. Instead I started experimenting with foods that I enjoyed eating but making them myself. I monitored everything I ate religiously. I stopped consuming so many carbs, I lowered my sugar intake, I would add more low calorie foods into my diet. I wasn’t afraid of experimenting with different food combinations and the ways I structured my meals in order to lose weight. After like 10 months of finding foods that I ENJOYED eating and that were MUCH better healthier alternatives to the old foods I use to eat. I now go to the grocery store and not even think about what to buy, I just buy the things automatically without much thought--so basically it became a new habit of mine. I rarely eat at fast food anymore. I went from going to jack in the box everyday to like eating there once or twice a month because my cravings began to change. Also, I didn’t always focus on going to the gym for long exhausting periods everyday. I would switch it up and spend like 30 mins every other day and then one or two days get a great workout like and hour or more on my off days from work. I managed to lower my blood pressure and my doctor was happy. I didn’t just try to stick to one routine because I know how boring and monotonous it can be so I would switch up the experiences too. Like go jog at the park, or go jog at the beach, or workout with friends, or try different exercises. The point being is that I made the effort to go out and burn calories! I kept the weight off for a few years now, it’s going great. Now I’ve been eating more fruits and even juicing. I use to HATE beets, but now I enjoy a nice cup of beet juice. 🙌🏻 Anyway, just keep working at it and in time you’ll drop the weight! Best of luck, you can do anything you set your mind to. 👑
You can lose weight easily by eating a raw fruit and vegetables diet. Also drink the juice from your own juicer. Stop buying processed foods. They are not real foods. The fruits and vegetables uncooked are real foods.

Turned my stool colour to red the first time i ingested it. I was really scared but later discovered that it was normal because of its purple colour. I now mix it with hibiscus tea to drink daily for blood pressure. Amazing combo.

Drinking this everyday is not harmful at all when you balance yourself with alkaline water daily. I could drink this daily myself. Going on 2 months now. It's gotten my taste buds used to more fruits and veggies. Gotten off of high carbs and sugar with this drink. No problem.

I usually prefer golden beets but they’ve been hard to find lately so I tried small red ones. Absolutely delicious when I mixed with Pinapple and pear. I like them smaller bunches instead of massive bulbs. I plan to drink at least 160ml a day. However it turned my tribe pinkish for a couple days. I am pretty low in iron so they say that can can cause issues too
I have stopped taking my Omeprazole for 11 days straight, I put it down to drinking beetroot, carrot and vegetable juice. I have been on high blood pressure tablets since I was 36, I am 62 now. My blood pressure has improved greatly, my Dr has reduced my high blood pressure tablets and reduced the other 2 tablets I take. My Dr has told me if I continue doing what I am doing I can eventually come off my high blood pressure tablets. I have also lost nearly 2 stone in weight in 8 weeks. I feel great. Physically eating them will benefit you more as opposed to juicing them. Your body will break them down as needed as opposed to rushing to process them, ultimately resulting in wasting more via bile.
