You have to be very careful with beet juice because it is so powerful. You always have to combine it with something and you should sip it slowly because it goes straight to your blood stream and can overwhelm your system.
Another good pre-run juice that makes me feel great is granny smith apple and celery.
how often do I need to drink the juice is it better in the morning or dinner time ?
2-3 times per week is plenty. We usually drink a small glass in the morning, before a workout.

You can freeze and blend into smoothies or add to other veggies to make veggie burgers!
