Hi Matti, thank you for the video. This was very helpful. Just starting my triathlon journey. Been watching a lot of your videos. What are you using for the glucose in the 1:0.8 ratio? Maltodextrin or dextrose? For fructose, do you just buy fructose powder? Going to make my own mixes because its cheaper and can customise. With electrolytes, I'm not a salty sweater (676mg of sodium) . Do you just do a 1000mg or half scoops if necessary to get as close to sodium requirements?
@@hickyy_z2445 Hey I just used simple table sugar before that's 1:1 ✅ but no maltodextrin of course. You can get salt caps and open those to dose it with sodium, one capsule 250mg. Check umara for races tho, don't use sugar there, not worth the risk
