It even works if you've already just hit them with DI, meaning you can get two cinematic DI's in one combo.

If you see Rashid charging his projectile even from full screen, you can heavy tatsu on reaction and as Rashid is stuck until he throws his tornado, you'll get a punish counter. If you're at the right distance (which is roughly full screen but is quite lenient), you even get a juggle with H.DP-->LVL3 which is A LOT of damage. Very specific stuff compared to the video but thought I would still share !

Manon has a version of this where she can OD spin through almost every super in the game that hits upper body. Manon doesn’t have any setup moves but you can get a combo from a jump in if you do the spin feint and then neutral jump
Standing Heavy Kick with Zangief can cause a punish counter sometimes, and if spaced correctly, you can get a Level 1 super, easy 4k damage to close out a round, or Level 2 into Level 1. Better players than me can get an Level 2 super, Hellstab, and OD air SPD or Level 1 super.
Another obscure rashid one for projectile supers like ryus and akumas, with a meaty arabian cyclome you can do the forward roll, and since its projectile invulnerable you'll go right through the projectile. On some supers this gives you enough advantage to charge up a whirlwind shot and do your max damage combos
As for Chun Li vs the Blanka setup, her heavies don't work when trying to cancel into DI, so a good punish is after landing from the jump, punish with 2HP canceled into EX hazanshu to go over the Blanka Chan, then continue the combo with L legs into M Tensho Kicks, or even L Legs into lvl 3 or EX legs to combo into lvl 2
With Ed, he has his own system of punishes when he's cornered someone. Because his lvl2 dream combo does far more when he's doing it mid screen vs. cornering someone, this opens it up to where you can get tons of obscure punishes on characters, get on the other side and start the combo. With the new shin dream that goes to 6090 damage with tons of meter build, but even goes to 6690 with lvl1. For a lot of DPs you can simply dash under or walk under it's pretty self explanatory. Cammy with her back to the corner you can't do it, but if it's done outside of that you can do DR into OD blitz. Against Chun that OD tensho kicks needs to be blocked close, vs. guile you can dash under if you blocked OD flash kick crouching, standing has more blockstun and doesn't give you enough time. And there are many lvls and lvl2s (eg. Bison lvl1, manon lvl1 etc.) where you actually don't need to block it, you can jumpback, corner yourself and still have enough time to OD blitz and start the combo. It's something that I know momochi was looking at, you can go deep into that rabbit hole and optimize Ed.
Neutral jumping while in burnout to get a better meterless punish seems like a great idea too. On top of your punish might not work with 4 frames difference
If you are in Burnout, you might want to jump because that super might actually kill you on block... supers do a very much not negligible amount of chip
Always been a priority when a new character comes out: What does my whiff super look like. Do I do 2 hits and then stop? 1? Do I move forward? Do I shrink down? Sometimes whiff super can be deathly like Broski shows, sometimes your whiff puts you in a weird place that can help you out.
I end up getting a punish from flipping back into the corner by being hit attempting to jump out mid combos, I recal this working on some Kens, Lukes and maybe Ryu or Chun. Also DPing drive impacts to make them whiff is also in my arsenal, if I ever lab this stuff I might post it.
You can punish Juris level 1 in between when she is throwing the ground fireballs and the air ones. That's what I like to do atleast. You got to parry the first half and drive rush. Don't fuck it up or she'll punish you with the ending half of her super.
PC normal linking is still something I need to get down, same with counterhit. When playing SF4, I hardly ever needed to pay attention to those mechanics, except for step-kick into the DP. I’d just abuse the Kara mechanic like it was going out of style.

I was thinking Gief could have a pretty good punish with charged J.HP after jumping out of a level 1, but unfortunately Gief can't actually jump out of most level 1s thanks to his slow jump.
I don't have a.k.i. so I can't test it but would anyone happen to know if you can punish a.k.i. lvl 2 with Guile drive rush level 1? If you can, is there a distance limit that should be considered?
Drive impact kind of sucks huh? Sure in lower ranks it works all the time, but at a certain skill level it's just really bad and barely used. If they make more moves like devils reverse punishable with a di, I think that will help the game in the long run.
