Your content is gold!! Thank you so much for giving us everything!!!
Thank you for your very kind words!
I can't even comprehend the timing of this video. Hello Katarina, my name is Shon, I'm an Israeli RUclipsr and content creator and I've lost my voice about a month ago. Since then I watched 90% of your videos and learned a lot from you. 2 days ago i had enough, I felt that no matter what video of You I watched, non of It helped my voice in a major way. Yesterday I went to an ENT to check my vocal cords through my nose and She said the exact same sentences you mentioned in this video.
I think this video is one of the most important videos that people should look for when they stress about their voice. Since yesterday I've felt a tremendous relief and about 70% of the pain just went away like it never even existed. I have no doubt that in about a few days I will feel as good as new.
I want to thank You about your amazing content that helped me understand and acquire a huge amount of knowledge. And I want to thank You for this video. the timing is so convenient for me. You've been with me since day 1 of this vocal pain episode and I can't believe to this amazing closure just a day after I figured it out.
Thank you for everything!
Wow! Just wow! Thank you for your comment and sharing your story with us. I am so happy to hear that you are doing well. I wish you all the best.
@@healthyvoicetips I have had vocal issues for over 3 years now. I went to several ENT's as well as a laryngologist and all have said my vocal folds look fine. One did say that I had a lot of phlegm so I am trying to work on that due to the acid reflux. I feel like my "new voice" is here now which is a lot better but I talk for a living and lately, I can feel the tension and the pain in my throat and not sure what affirmations will help. Any advice? For me, it feel like my throat is closing when I talk.
Can you please tell me which exercise u have done. Even I am. Suffering

You are too kind!
How to connect with you mam
Mind over matter is a real thing. 👍❤️
Absolutely agree!
Could u plz reply 😢 some people say doing the massage for long time can cause more tension so how long should I massage the muscle? If I went to laryngologist and say I had much tension
When doing massage, you listen to your body. Some people can go for an hour, some people can last only 30 seconds. Everyone is different. Only do what is comfortable for you. I have a playlist about vocal massage with some troubleshooting answers. Here is the link: ruclips.net/p/PLGx2QnYydrrkvqtTs1l0YuFA3s-CbF4PR&si=KCJMIFkuFrqkgl6_
Hi, Hope you are doing well.. I have a lot of vocal strain for so many years... I have asthma.. and I am a professional singer, performer..
I am so much worried about my voice.. please help me out to solve this problem..
Is this happening because of my asthma?
Or wrong usage of voice?
Do i need to visit a laryngologist..?
If you are worried about your voice, I suggest that you speak to a voice professional to get your answers. I am not able to tell you if it is asthma, overuse or something else. Start with a laryngologist, you may find your answers there.
@@healthyvoicetips hello, yes I went to my larynologist and got to know that I have bilateral sulcus vocalis.. please let me know what should I do to overcome this voice strain .. should I go for a voice therapy or any exercises will help me?

hi, I have conversion disorder, it's a part of SOMATIC SYMPTOM DISORDER. I have a severe tic in the throat, it's so tight and constricted. it's like the vocal chords are automatically rubbing off each other and it sends electricity signals/noises to the head. I'm wondering does anyone have such a thing or am I the only one. it affects all my symptoms and with these symptoms because of the first one I mentioned it affects me from functioning. thank you , ☘☘
I am very sorry that you are dealing with health issues. I can only imagine how that affects your life. Unfortunately, I do not have much experience with what you are describing so I don't have any tips for you. Hopefully, someone with similar difficulties will see your post and reply to it. I wish you all the best.
Hello
@@ArjunA-ln3ov hi
Hello maa,m
My voice is different when early morning during the day and different around bed time..
How to find my real speaking voice..and i have a problem i speaks on low pitch although i have heavy voice but it feels powerless sometimes ...
Please help..
Love and greetings from india
It's difficult to help online but I would encourage you to notice what is different at these different times of the day - your energy level, your support (engagement of the big body muscles), changes in voice after eating, your alignment and movement etc. That may help you understand why your voice is different at different times of the day. If your voice gets progressively tired or hoarse throughout the day, I suggest that you visit an ENT for a voice assessment.
My voice box hve sme gap i mean its not close nd i always feel pain whenever i talk. how to fix it

Hello mam if I have chronic laryngitis so how many days vocal rest for chronic laryngitis please reply mam
Can u share a Lil bit of your experiences.
I want to try to understand...any part of your story
It depends on the reason why you have chronic laryngitis. In general vocal rest count in days is not recommended. Relative rest maybe (depending on what you are dealing with) plus exercises or some other approaches to help you. I suggest that you speak to a voice professional to start your healing journey. Vocal rest may not be the answer.
Hi mam i am even facing same problem i have visited all doctors in india but nothing is working for burning and pain while talking even i am

Hello where are you nowadays?
Hi, you are right, I was away for some time but I am going to post more videos now.
Ma'am please make a video on puberphonia exercises at home
Hi, thank you for your request but puberphonia is not my area of expertise.
There's nothing physically wrong with Jessica's voice but she felt pain. So was the root cause of her pain was psychological?
It was a combination of tension and psychological. As I said in the video, pain is a complex phenomenon and especially chronic pain always involves a combination of things - physical, emotional, psychological, etc.
@@healthyvoicetips That's interesting. I've been experiencing pain lately whenever I lower my larynx. After I watched your video I just told myself the pain is caused by my mind and I mentally allowed myself to not experience it and the pain is now mostly gone so thank you!🙏
