So so so happy for this and part 1. Every beginner tutorial is full of full body weight spins and no routines. You make this so perfect for someone who is actually a total beginner
I love how basic these moves are. You are incredibly aware of how hard it is when you first start and I don't take these moves for granted. Appreciate these videos!
I'm the same! I always neglected strengthening my upper body growing up. That's why I love upside down tricks where you can hold your body with your legs for a lot of moves! But because I have a heavy lower body, it actually makes it harder to balance upside down 😂
Love this video! I've been practicing parts 1 and 2 before getting to the choreo. Great explanations and I love how you show the contact points too. Thank youu~ Please keep making vids like these!
My pole class called side leg swipes as "pretty horse leg" 😂. Great videos. Thanks for putting them in routines, I'm not creative enough to sting moves together fluidly.
Thank you so much for this video. I have started pole dance three weeks before so I am a totally beginner with weak arms and I really appreciate your tutorials. Greetings from Greece 😊😊😊😊
I absolutely love that I found your channel! Your videos are so clear and precise, you explain everything beautifully and for me, the slow-mo is top tier! Soooo useful and has already helped me so much. Simple, clear, no distractions, and to the point. Thank you so much for what you do!! 🥰
😍😍😍 I'm glad you are here! I love a good slow-mo 😂 I really appreciate your time to give me feedback so I know what to include in my future vids! Hope to see you around for those too ❤️
Could you do more beginner friendly tutorials for people with ‘weak’ arms? This video (and part 1) has to be the only tutorial that teaches moves that I can actually do because I can’t lift both feet of the ground yet. I can’t thank you enough and I definitely want to learn more moves.
@@PoletatoJemPoleDancer i’ve been poling for 3 years but i still find it important to watch beginner videos to clean up my moves and create better variations especially because i wasn’t very consistent throughout the years. So your videos and tips really really help with everything ❤️❤️❤️keep it up
Hi Ashley :) I use a brass spinning/static pole (40mm). I'm from Australia and have linked the exact pole I have in the description and similar ones from US too. I have only ever tried brass and chrome poles! If you don't have a ceiling that is solid or has studs, or you are worried about damaging your ceiling, free standing poles are a popular option for this but I hear they can wobble a little bit and are stainless steel so harder to grip onto. With powder coated I have never used it before but it is apparently more slippery. I recommend getting a pole of the same finish to the one in your studio or most commonly used in studios where you live so you can transfer your skills between home and outside more easily :) I love brass because it is easier for me to grip as opposed to chrome. However it depends on your skin so if you can try out the different poles at a studio it will tell you best which size to get and what finish :) That's how I knew I needed to get brass and 40mm, because it was the best fit for me at my studio. It is more expensive than chrome and powder coated but I do find it easier to use. Stuck between powder coated and brass! 😭

Where did you get your knee pads?
Such a lovely video graphic, teaching and moves.
If I use any choreo on insta, how do I tag you?

Will pole dancing work on a big pole like thick or something like that?
For some moves yes, but other's would be hard! Some places do pole tricks on massive logs!
Are these 15 moves done on static or spinning pole?
spinning :)
I don’t think I can do that first one. 😂 I feel so sloppy.
Side leg waves look like me using a scooter as a kid lol
My hands are clammy arms weak never been so frustrated in my life 😢
Hi Channel!! Do you use anything for hand grip? Like dry hands? I feel your pain there😅
the side leg waves look so bad hough it looks like a horse move, everything else is cool but that just looks weird
