It's truly a joy to finally see Darth Plagueis on screen. You created an edit that fully represents his point of view on the galaxy and what he taught Palpatine.

Forgetting the Acolyte for a moment but when I saw ROTS as a kid in 2005 in theaters, the Opera scene and Palpatine talking about Plagueis was a mind-blowing moment. This Sith Lord was the Emperor's MASTER and apparently so powerful that the only way Palpatine could kill him, was when he was asleep. So how powerful was he, who was he?
And now, after almost 20 years, this is the first time we see Darth Plagueis in live-action and most likely not the last time. As a life long Star Wars fan, it's absolutely insane to finally see him on screen, and on top of that, his look is fucking spot-on. Great SW moment.

The character lives up to the first episode and deserved a separate project, not to be exploited in a questionable series. The video did a good job of showing his profile within the references alone
Plagueis was the only person who was able to manipulate Palpatine. And he never forgave him for it

Rogue One is such a treasure. The destruction of Jedha is easily the most stunning sequence of special effects in star wars. The Death Star eclipsing the sun, the beam traveling down, and the mushroom cloud rising from the ground with the shockwaves radiating out, followed by the orbital view.

this was very enjoyable. It's amazing what you can do with clips from the prequels and some book dialogue.
There were only 2 good episodes. The Night episode and the last episode. The rest were very disappointing

My theory is that Darth Plagueis will use Mae and Osha for his midichlorian experiments (dissect them) and use Venamis as a test subject. In other words, Plagueis will complete the cover-up on a more gruesome scale. This will culiminate in Plagueis and Sidious attempting to create a living embodiment of the Force only for the Force to strike back and create Anakin Skywalker, the Chosen One. It is likely Qimir will live because it is hinted throughout Season 1 that he is the founder of the Knights of Ren. However, Qimir does not warn the Jedi similar to Maul due to how he hates the Jedi and wants them to be destroyed in the long run.
That's my thought as well he's watching Qimir and Osha like their his experiment especially Osha

@Erven777 I'll say it again if Rings Of Power can get a second season then surely this can cause I read a lot more positive comments in reaction videos for this show than videos for the first season of Rings Of Power and plus even those who hated the show still watched all the episodes thus contributed to the viewership ratings
@@lordfoul6259 If fans dislike canon, why are they still watching it? They should stick to the Legends timeline which is never part of the canon timeline to begin with. They are two separate timelines and fans cannot see the difference between the two. It’s a problem because it is shows that some fans, which sometimes includes me, are just hypocrites. If you ask some fans and they don’t know what Cortosis is, they obviously did not read the Legends novels. They join the hate train instead of fairly criticizing the show as some RUclipsrs like Generation Tech and Star Wars Explained are doing. Those RUclipsrs are fairly dissecting the shows to understand their stories and themes while the rest use butcher knives.

Goddamn this pairs remarkably well with the @Electricboa tribute from a couple years back when we didn’t have any “canonical” footage. That one was much more triumphalist and even bloodthirsty in its editing, while this seems much more dramatic and even tragic in its depiction of the Dark Lord’s legacy.

The maker of this should make the whole movie, and I know it would be better than Disney.
This may be a unpopular opinion but Qimir proclaimed himself as an ”Acolyte” in the show, which means he is not the apprentice and Mae is nothing but another pawn just like him. Because Qimir is an acolyte, Mae is actually nothing but a Sith assassin. The reason Qimir is just an acolyte is because Plagueis is still the apprentice and Darth Tenebrous is alive. I think we’ll see the events of Plagueis killing Tenebrous unfold as he recruits Palpatine instead of Qimir for whatever reason. Thoughts?

I'm totally into this for a great story.
Your use of the Plageuis novel over these last few videos has been stellar. The wily Muun has long been a favorite character of mine and i was ecstatic to see him in the flesh, and he looked very well animated/designed, and very malevolent. I enjoyed Acolyte but can understand a lot of the criticism but I hope fans can see that its a unique and valuable addition to the canon.
P.S SFWT, your ability to make a compelling and artful 3 minute long video off a 4 second cameo and a few lines of dialogue is proof youre the best

Plagueis was right in the end: the Jedi limited themselves by perceiving any strong emotions as a possible path to the Dark Side. This made them emotionally stunted and limited their life experiences thus allowing for an easier and more rapid Fall.

I loved that cameo I hope in skeleton crew we get our first live action Starweird this has been a good year for live action firsts in Star Wars we got to see lightsaber bleeding Plagueis cortosis disabling lightsaber blades now I want to see a Starweird scare the crap out of the group that is supposed to get lost in space the Starweird are the most terrifying species in the galaxy and I think they are pretty awesome I’ve had an obsession with them ever since I learned they existed in legends and were canonized by the comics that thing had a force scream so powerful it distorted holograms and after it got impaled by shards of glass, it just shot it out of itself like shrapnel from a grenade
Star Wars Darth Plagueis by James Luceno is Canon to me, hopefully, we see a Tribute to the Sith Order soon that includes Sith Lords from Legends, Bane, Revan, Malgus, and others!
This fall, I will 100% make that, but for now I am focused on a few other videos
