Lol C.A.D. contact wheel manufacturer let them know maybe get another set of rims...
Or sweeten the pot a little more than just rims! Remind them that they got lucky (as did you) that their quality assurance department didn't kill somebody by completely failing to notice the fact that, oh I dunno, YOUR WHEEL IS HELD TOGETHER WITH PAINT! Lol... we all laugh now, thankfully, but that's just ridiculous... how does that even happen?? Haha, not one to focus on what could've happened, IF, etc., but it's nice to know an organization takes it seriously when things like that get reported back to them... if for no other reason, bringing it to their attention just may save the life/lives of the next guy they miss it on... that next person is likely not going to be as knowledgeable, calm and collected as someone like yourself ...
Btw, cool content and awesome build, May need to do something similar on my tundra??

I will probably eventually this was a quick solution to get me on the road fast I kind of like the incognito look though also

Nice, i made a diy hidden winch bumper for a 12000 lbs winch on my Jeep.
That was not easy hehe, i have a clarence of 3 cm to the radiator
and a litle bumb of 0.5 cm on top off the bumper.
The radiator is still ok after 3 years :)

Awesome work as always brother! And that was crazy with the wheel I’m glad it happened in that situation and not going down the hwy I hope you got in contact with the wheel manufacture! That was a big big mess up on their end could have been really bad! Anyways glad your okay, can’t wait for the next one!

Very solid fab work! But how do you access the gear selector on the winch so you can free wheel it?
The grill shower has two clips on the top super easy grab one with each hand and just take the grill show off and reach in but most of the time I'm not spilling it out far enough that I even worry about it I'll just let it out manually instead of free Wheeling it
