Hi my friend. For max power remove the valveblock and restrictor. This will only give a few shots from the 12 gram CO2 canister, but for power its a must do. Good luck my friend 😃💥👍
@runerebel8441 I get 49 joules first shot. 30 joules second. What size of drill bit should I use if I want a consistent 20 joules? I only ask cause I'm sure you've tested alot more restrictors then I have left🤣
@@James-nz1hc Just put the restrictor back in the CO2 tube. Use light weight ammo (3,7 gram or so). That way the power will drop. First few shots maybe 30 joule but will soon drop dow to ca 20 joule. Plus you will have enough CO2 to shoot the hole magazine of balls. If this is also to much power then put the valveblock back in. You can tinker with the size of the hole in the valveblock to get it where you needs it to be. Not sure what else can be done to regulats the CO2 pressure🤔
Good data and analysis with this match.😁👍 Was surprised with the amount of shots you were able to get off👍 Now...if we can get the price of the 88 down🤣 😎👍❤🖖 Love Brother
Thanks bro. Yes the price on 88 gram CO2 canisters is way to high. I will not use the 88 gram settup often because of the cost. So either I use it with HPA in 850 PSI or I will use the 12 gram CO2. Stay tuned for more videos. Cheers brother 😎👍
Thank You for this test Sir! I like it better w/ more shots but still enough power ;-] 12 or 14 shots over 27, and up to 36 joules is my goal which should require a restrictor. I will try the Rune Rebel Restrictor first and some of our friends are talking about printing some too. ;-]
Thanks my friend. Iam glad you like the video. I think the 88 gram will give ca one full magazine of 16 shots, but I have not tested this yet. For even power then the restrictor is a must have. The Rune Rebel restrictor works OK but I guess a 3D printed version would work great to 🙂👍
Hi. Its the design of the valve and the way the 88 gram canister dumps a lot of CO2 into the marker. The HDB68 realy likes to be used with the 88 gram CO2 canister. I removed the valveblock and restrictor for this test. Cheers from Norway 😃
Thanks my friend. I just used a normal low scope rings for Weawer rail (Pickatinny). The 88 Gram CO2 adapter fits perfect in it 😃. I have not tested if the HPA tank will fit yet.
Good evening. I would like to do the same as you with external bottle. Could you please tell me What i need to order to home défense 24 and how to attach the bottle to the HDB ? Thanks for your vidéos. Best regards. Alexandre.
Good evening Alexandre. Thank you. Iam glad you like my videos. I recommend you buy the buttstock adapter for it. Then you can use either HPA or 88 gram CO2 tank as a buttstock. Looks much better. I have a video of how to do this ruclips.net/video/3BRmO828BB8/видео.html Take care and have a nice evening my friend. Kindest regards Rune 😃
i heard lethal shot is like 80 joule... i really hope they dont make them more powerful than this so we have a clear seperation of lethal gunpowder firearms and non lethal co2 firearms that are still effective for home defence
I dont think you will get more than max 70 joule from it unless you use 1100 PSI HPA. Thats not something I will use as you risk blowing up the marker...
@@runerebel8441 thats plenty anyway, i think you go into lethal therritory there if you hit the skull with aluminium balls or something, i think the ideal non lethal 68 cal self defence marker for a cold country like norway is somewhere around 20-30 joules in room temprature based on what ive seen, a little less for the 50 cal (15-20j) since it has less surface. That should punch out a threat, but not kill. Agree? Im talking about devastators, steel, nylon balls etc with a round tip mainly to inflict a blow now, not arrows etc made to penetrate, thats a different story.
@@someonethatisachristian Yes I agree. I just use this for powertesting. Not shooting at other humans. I guess rubberballs is the safe ammo for these markers. After all we dont want to kill anybody. I will put the restrictor back in my HDB68. Then it will only give between 20-30 joule max. I hope to post a new video of in on friday 👍
@@runerebel8441 just watched a video on the 68 cal w/27 joule and devastators, that can be lethal atleast to the side of the head it seems. this is science, your friend in miami is on the task trying to find the optimal balance between stopping attacker while being non lethal.
Do you think this mod works for quick fire? It sounds like it takes a moment until it's filled with gas for the next shot. Does it gas up faster when mounting the cartridge directly without hose? I am thinking about that gun because it's very powerful and semi auto. But when I need to wait between the shots it's not what would satisfy me.Hoped you can do quickfire with it like a vks or m17. Edit: I just saw the video where the 88g is put directly but same thing. Also heard it at the 12g while rewatching the video.

I've been watching your videos here in Brazil, unfortunately here only carbines and PCP pistols without much technology are allowed. Congratulations.
Thanks my friend. Iam glad you like my videos. Take care. Greetings from Norway 🙂
Interesting. I’m going to keep
Mine as 12 g CO2 16j with no valve block inside. Balance of power and number of shots.
I think thats a good settup👍. I will not use the 88 gram CO2 often because of the cost.
Wow. Those are extremely impressive numbers. Great test. And great video
Thank you my friend 😃👍

Me to 😃👍
That looks nice with the longer adapter, another fantastic video my friend 👍
Thank you my friend 😃👍

Hmm. Good question 🤔. It seems to give more power when hooked up at the bottom. I think the hose slows down the CO2 flow...🤔
do you have the power kit or valve or is it stock
