Hey Israel, as a parisian, I can confirm you that you did a great selection (yann couvreur, mamiche , boulangerie utopie, ph are great) especially for a tourist -very few visit the real stuff. I would add few pastries : Le bon patisserie, Maison aleph, des gateaux et du pain and some others . Also you didn't try flan or choux or paris brest at yann couvreur, which are amazing.
Paul you can throw this to the bin though.

Laura Guida, here are the names of what Israel enjoyed: 10/pain au chocolat at Yann Couvreur, in Le Marais 9/croissant at La Maison d'Isabelle 8/Macaron au chocolat at Paul (forget about that place) 7/macarons at Ladurée 6/Paris-Brest at Stohrer 5/ma michette looks like a brioche roulé au chocolat 4/Noisette at Boulangerie Utopie 3/baguette at Du Pain et des Idées 2/Fondant, coeur coulant au chocolat (a chocolate lava cake) 1/ Ispahan, a Big macaron, Pierre Hermé's signature macaron made of rose, strawberry and lychee. Hope that u got all Ur answers here. 😊

I'm very impressed by the cinematic quality shots.😃 How do you get the pastry shots so smooth and without reflections from the glass and without interruptions from other clients? Did you use a polarizing filter to decrease the reflections of the glass? Did you use anything to stabilize your shots like a gimbal or did you do all of this handheld?
Thank you 😊 yes I use a gimbal and I edit the video in final cut pro to lower the reflection of the glasses. You make amazing videos as well so thank you for the compliments 😎

Laduree is sooooo touristy, not hand made and truly not the best anymore!
I dont believe to packae your food in jewellery's box or packaging.
The packaging end up costing more than the ingredients of the product.
The French get some things right but when they get things wrong they come across as empty pomp
