Kimberley Moore my favorite part is when showcasing Le Chocolate by Alain Ducasse since they showcase cocoa vains from all over the world! Just exquisite.
My favourite part of this video is when she tastes the amazing lemon tart at Karamel. As a pastry student, it's always good to hear what makes a good product stand out and Kirsten's advice on different textures and layering has helped me with product ideas and gaining those extra few marks in my upcoming assessments!

Kriten, I loved the way you took me around Paris, and that to, to all the pastry shops. You are a born commentator, and so knowledgeable about chocolates. Enjoyed every bit, especially the lemon tart.

The sheer joy and happiness you exhibit while indulging in your addiction to food is fantastic. Like a junkie getting high. Just don't ask me how I recognize it though :)
I am French and a culinary blogger, passionate about French pastries. Congratulation, I think you have made very good choices (many famous French pastries have dropped in quality, you haven't fallen into this trap), just exception about "Ladurée" and pastries of "Angelina" (hot chocolate is good). "Michalak" is my favorite pastry. :) You have to try the bakery "Des Gâteaux et du Pain" (best croissants but pastries are very good too). And you will love "Nicolas Bernardé" further of Paris, the God of cakes (but cakes for 6 persons minimum). Other pastries I love : "Sébastien Dégardin", " La Goutte d'Or", "Jean-Paul Hévin" (chocolatier), "Mori Yoshida" (french pastries by Japanese people).
Thank you for the great message and suggestions. I wanted to film in so many places, some we couldn’t due to time restraints and some wouldn’t let us unfortunately. You have suggested a few that I haven’t visited yet, so I will be sure to add them to my list next time 😊
