Magbibigay si bank ng Deed of Cancellation na kailangang i-submit sa Registry of Deeds at magbabayad ng registration fee plus etc. So kung bibilhin niyo yung property, definitely dapat cancelled na yung annotation. Gawan ko ng video next time kung paano mag-cancel ng mortgage 🙂

Hello, dahil Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS) hindi Deed of Assignment ang meron ang friend mo dapat ipa-transfer na muna sa pangalan niya ang titulo. Wala ng paki ang original owner sa bagong DOAS. Need din bayaran lahat ng taxes at most likely na may penalty na dahil hindi pa nalipat sa pangalan ang titulo 😊
