If verified, how would we know that the title really holds the prospect property? What if ibang lupa pala siya? Kasi I can't imagine how would a title describe the location of its propert 3.) How to know who owns an empty property na prospect lot mo 4.) Are there unowned properties? If there are, can I buy it? And How? To begin with why would you want to buy a house or land from someone who isnt the Land Title Owner? And why would you buy land or house with out going through the bank? You should have a lawyer before buying real estate.. regardless where your located.

ang payment po ng CGT ay depende sa usapan ng BUYER at SELLER kung sino magbabayad. Wala po sya sa selling price.

Just to make it clear, DoS is Notarized Deed of Absolute Sale, hingi rin po kayo ng acknowledgment receipt from the notary public.

It’s one of the requirement ng BIR. You may still try, if you want.

Ok lng din naman, but you just have to do due diligence to make sure na good buy yung lupa, para iwas sa sakit ng ulo later.
