Hello Madam, How about the process of buying a parking lot in a condominium? the parking space owner is the second owner already. I will be the third owner if I will push through buying... ano po requirements? what if po kung ang title ng parking lot ay nalipat na sa name na ng Second owner owner, pero un real property tax receipt ay naka name parin sa first owner pero na fully paid naman na ni second owner in advance ang real property taxes yearly, nakita ko naman un receipt.. pero un lang un name ng reciept ay nasa first owner parin... hindi pa nalipat
Pano po kung bibili k ng house and lot tapos ang lote ay dinivide sa 15 parts pra patayuan ng 15 houses. Yung isa doon ay bibilhin mo, at sabi wlang license to sell kasi private owner labg ang nagbebenta

Hi Ma'am yung as built plan po ba required din sa pag kuha ng title? Paano po kung walang mapakitang as built plan or blueprint. Ma aask po ba namin ang seller to make one? Pede po ba syang tumanggi dito?
Hi , hindi po need ang blue print sa pagkuha ng title. at hindi din po need sa pag transfer of title. pag old house na po likely nawala ng seller ang blue print or kung nde sya ang first owner likely wala na din po syang copy, kaya pwedeng po syang tumanggi ibigay po ito sa inyo. Hi , hindi po need ang blue print sa pagkuha ng title. at hindi din po need sa pag transfer of title. pag old house na po likely nawala ng seller ang blue print or kung nde sya ang first owner likely wala na din po syang copy, kaya pwedeng po syang tumanggi ibigay po ito sa inyo.

Hi maam. Pano po kung bibili ako ng house and lot, one year palang po natatayo. Papano po kung may tax declaration yung lot pero walang tax declaration yung building. Wala din pong blueprints

Hi sir Alvin🤩 you can go to registry of deed where the property is located.reeust for a certified true copy. kung old na ung house likely wala na po copy ng blue print ang owner ok lng na po un since na inspect nyo naman ang house. but you can hire an architect for an asbuilt plan if you like to.
