lost 16 kilos in 7 day maybe it will look so sort of miracle but thanku so much with intermittent fasting and this diet plan combined together with a walk for 3 km every day got me to this i was 91.7 im about to meet my bmi of 74 soon i hope ill be able to make it by end of day ten !

Been trying to diet for a loooong time. I have lost weight through intermittent fasting and work out without eating much carbs. But it's slow and I still have fat. So now I'm interested in trying this keto diet. Hope it does me miracles. Lol
I just made the chicken recipe with the onions and mushrooms. I added garlic (because I add garlic to everyhing) and yellow summer squash with coconut heavy cream It is as Aaron said the best meal in this plan by far My family and I ate every bit of it! I can wait to make it again!

In the past, I joined a very well-known weight loss program and I could not get into KETO or just barely and we were actually guessing whether I was or not. So I am looking for a nutritionist that knows what I need to get into KETOSIS. Do you think you can help me with that?
