Eating at Roadside Dhabas in India (Day 2: Delhi to Udaipur)

- On our way to Udaipur, India we stop at two Indian roadside restaurants (dhabas) to eat Indian food. The first was in Haryana where we eat Indian paratha and chai and then we discover a Rajasthan dhaba and see inside its kitchen! When we finally arrive in Udaipur I realise that I forgot my underwear so I have to go commando for the rest of the road trip from Delhi to Goa haha.
See super tasty India dhaba style food including paratha (stuff fried bread), Indian butter, Indian pickle, dal bati, chai, and tomato sev curry.
On this part of the motorcycle trip in India, we rode out Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycles 650km from Delhi to Udaipur over 12 hours in 1 day!

The National Highway from Bangalore via Mysore in Karnataka, via Sathyamangalam ghats and all the way down to Tirunelveli and onto Kanyakumari in Tamilnadu, is so worth it. Breathtaking scenery, great roads and awesome food from little roadside eateries. The coffee in particular, is out of the world.
A trip, by car, that I will remember for the rest of my life.😘

Karl, thanks for all your videos from India. I can't wait to go there. I am hoping to come to India in 2019 with my Pakistani friend ,and also to hop over the border to Pakistan while we are there. I find it amazing when I learn a new Hindi word and then just a day later I encounter it somewhere. Those beds that the guys were on are indeed called khaat खाट. They are also known as caarpaaii चारपाई . The dictionary definition for both of those words is "bedstead" or "cot". I only just learned those words. Keep up the good work and have fun.
