From watching another video, I believe one of those 3 screws that hold the actuator is different than the others. That may have been the issue you were having when putting them back in. Just make sure to note where the unique one came from when removing them.
How did you know the motor was bad? I have a 2016 did the same steps you did but when I pulled the motor off the white spinny wheel appeared to be broken.
Bo Knows 777 I know this is a little late to the game lol but the plastic gear to the motor was still intact. The motor just plain and simple seized. The assembly to that white wheel is to the regulator.
Fml so that little gear that the motor lines up into came out of my panel.....so im currently trying to figure out how tf it goes back in and which line is up/down

Yeah man, I did say they were starbits as I was attaching it to the drill, like an SP25 or something!

This I’m not sure about, I no longer have the Kia, nor did the rears fail on me.
