John Walker may not have deserved Captain America's shield, but I do think he deserves to get a shield of his own. One that isn't made of regular steel.😂
To be honest John walker's captain america was the only reason I got interested in this show. He kind of reminds me more of the comic book captain america and the captain america from the avengers earth's mightiest heroes show. The other captain america didn't really remind me of either ones. But I do think that John walker's character needs to grow a lot more, and I think they could do that if they ever have him in a movie, or continue the series. But since it seems like the series is more about falcon, and since most people don't like John walker, I don't think either of those things will happen. But at least we got this version of captain america, which some may not like, but I found him to be a very good captain america in my opinion of course.
GSTE he is NOTHING like neither comic cap or Earth's Mightiest Heroes Cap. Unless you are talking about the Skrull version of him then sure, he is definitely like the Skrull version.
In the comics walker is significantly stronger than the regular super soldiers, he can apparently press lift 10 tons, which is way stronger than bucky and steve
@Dmarcus Pineda Captain America was too fast for John Walker as John didn’t land a single hit and Cap landed too many which is why his hands hurted after that, also the fight ended as soon as Cap acknowledged that. In their second fight in Avengers 1998, Cap straight up dominated John Walker completely over powering him. Walker has only ever given Cap one good fight.
Idc honestly I don't feel bad for terrorists. If Walker had put him down in that room away from the public he would've been praised. He's not a cop, he's a counter terrorist operative. There's no such thing as "excessive force" for him.
Agreed. Although i gotta admit that Sam’s writing is flawed like how he is supporting a terrorist child who tried to kill him and his friends. But yeah, still a great show, even better than most of what Marvel gave us this decade.
John Walker is probably what a real life Cap would be like. Trying to do the right thing but failing constantly while doing it. And doing it in the most public way possible.
Props to the MCU. ANYTIME a super soldier is on screen they steal the show with that smooth movement. They really sell how dangerous it would be if the serum became widespread
The difference between Steve and John is that Steve uses the shield mostly as defense and never sees it as a weapon. He mostly hold back during the fight because the shield used to protect not hurting other people and rarely ever use it to people. While John is not, he let it out with everything. He didn't see the shield as a symbol of protection, he use it as full offense almost all the time.
Cap used his shield as a weapon many many times throughout his movies. The only diff I see is that Cap usually fights regular people with guns so he has to be more defensive at times, whereas John is almost exclusively fighting super soldiers that primarily use melee weapons so he can fight more offensively.
Something tells me that you haven't watched most captain America films! Blah blah this and that, he used to throw it at his enemies A LOT. If anything, he uses it more as a utility more than both offense and defense.

John is however a Government stooge, which is the opposite of what Steve was and the opposite of what Steve wanted for the Shield.
Cap fought a Civil War for the sake of protecting himself and the Avengers from becoming Government stooges.
He would never have wanted a Government stooge to where the Shield.
It’s the whole reason he preemptively acted by recruiting Sam, to prevent a Governmenr stooge from wearing the Shield.
Also the Government lied to Sam and said they would retire the Shield but went behind his back and chose a stooge to be their puppet.
Sam had every right to be angry and feel betrayed, and also he realized why Steve chose him and why Steve didn’t want the shield going into the Government’s hands, which is why he and Bucky tried to retrieve it.
You are the twitter kid who understands nothing.
Ps. Walker is not human, he is broken man child
been a while since i watched the show, but the more I look back at John walker using the shield, its pretty impressive for someone with no serum.
Is the strongest super-soldier of the MCU, no doubt about this !
Steve and Bucky(Winter Soldier days) can beat his ass off all day and Steve can do this all day
@@edjuatco803 no, he already beat Bucky. And is serum is stronger than the one Cap had... And John is stronger than Steve without serum too...
@@Nomadx83 John has also much more skills.. Comparing the army training back in a day and now.. The only thing that holds John back are his emotions.. He is consumed by them..
@@edjuatco803 I’d say Bucky would lose, but the only reason Cap would win is because he’s more calm and knows how to control his emotions.
@@edjuatco803 Look at how he rag dolls Bucky around 1:51 1:59
John Walker/U.S Agent is one of my favorite characters from Marvel, he’s a good man misunderstood and was trying his best even when most people hate him
I honestly love the character of John Walker
Walker Haters: "NOT MY CAPTAIN!"
*I mean, well yeah, he wasn't supposed to be.*
This is an issue because most stans can't comprehend character writing beyond the surface layer.
he was trying too hard to be him, but at the end, he is now his own man as US Agent
One thing I love about John is that he also look up to the living legend Steve rogers.
Really liked John walker in the show don't know everybody was hating him he was one the best parts of the show
I liked John Walker more than Sam Wilson.
Brandon dand mountford John walker is a confused, sociopathic man child.
It says more about you that you like that sort of character.
@@abongilezolanipeterson5588Yeah? And you're a spoiled, delusional blainwashed kid who is just talking trash about a good character. Hell, I bet that you even were one of those people who was sending death threats to the Actor.
Agreed he is an interesting character and he is the most human in the MCU character and relatable. He was the best character in the show than the 2 main character themselves
John Walker is just Captain America in real life scenario. Idc what you say but anyone in his place would have done the same.
I really want to see more of John walker.
Thunderbolts
John Walker was the best part of this show. Loved every scene he was in

Honestly, my favorite character in the show
I loved his and Bucky's dynamic. Hope to see them interact more in the future
Hopefully with Bucky being less of a dick.
AWESOME CAPTAIN AMERICA JOHN WALKER HE'S THE BEST
a great display of pure raw power
John’s one of the best tragic characters in marvel.
I like him, it was unpopular opinion but i like his take on Cap and USAgent
I admit it US Agent is a badass name ❤🔥🔥
I love how they transitioned him to be the us agent
The fight scenes are so much choppy in episodes 5 n 6....but still he is the greatest win in this series
Him and Zemo basically made this show
@@sinistralhydra agree
@@sinistralhydra definitely..
Yeah, that’s the one thing DC has marvel beat with, fight scenes
@Sivaguhan Jegatheeswaran No I’m just saying, in a DCEU fight scene you can actually feel what’s happening. There is actual creativity in a fight scene. As much as I despise Batman V. Superman that one fight scene in the warehouse is really really good, because it has actual creativity, like for example, they use Batman’s cape against him, that would never happen in a marvel movie because Marvel fight scene are just one character doing karate at another character doing karate with shaky cam.
0:46 John made that metal pole look like a pool noodle
0:03 so Sam should be testing of the charts without the SSS
negative.
Why? Even John didn't have SSS back then. And Sam struggled so much with the shield initially unlike John.
John only had SSS for like 2 episodes
@@Viqtor john got the refined serum.
@@cosmeticscameo8277 ok? He still was testing off the charts without it..?
POV: You've been shit-talkin' John the entire show and finally realize he's a great character
Nah I've been rooting for him since episode 1
He is an unpologetic warrior. Its war.
There is the Thunderbolts movie. I actually like John Walker more than Sam Wilson.
GSTE he is NOTHING like neither comic cap or Earth's Mightiest Heroes Cap.
Unless you are talking about the Skrull version of him then sure, he is definitely like the Skrull version.
bruh 2:37 was he really about to kill sam right there??? holy cow that would have been the point of no return! maybe i should give this show a chance
You should its awesome it touches on real issues
@@VenomWasRight9896 The flaws are "the ennemies" And too much humour too
i mean yeah, but its hardly a game changer for the show..
Its def not ideal but it satisfied me and if we get the dark avengers from all this its a decent setup for U.S. Agent
ouh so we need steve rogers here..if steve rogers here im sure tht john has been
fucked up so bad
Why are people so upset about John Walker? You always got to respect his perspective and as Steve he just follows Orders. A Coin always has two sides
@Louis Valentine okay i admit. He did break the law multiple times and got declared a criminal in Winter Soldier but i meant orders from Fury etc.
@@alexsp4853 Actually he got declared a criminal in Civil War I think.
@@anatoldenevers237
He got framed by Zemo for bombing the UN
To me I think he’s the best part of the show
In the comics walker is significantly stronger than the regular super soldiers, he can apparently press lift 10 tons, which is way stronger than bucky and steve
Steve can do about that. John can do more.
that’s all hyperbolic nonsense used in strength scale handbooks that don’t get used anymore. Captain America in the comics always clapped up Walker.
@유키 Yes. Stop acting like you’re a comic reader. You’re not, same as the Op clown of this post.
Pretty sure the comic version is supposed to be significantly diff Lol...prime bucky wud crush him
why the hell does he scream whenever he's throwing the shield
Power
Its his version of yeeting
Plot
It's like yelling sometimes when you powerlift.
He's referred himself as a berserker in the comics, probably related.
I would like to see more of him on upcoming mcu movies or series.
I love John walker's character and fighting skills
Idc honestly I don't feel bad for terrorists. If Walker had put him down in that room away from the public he would've been praised. He's not a cop, he's a counter terrorist operative. There's no such thing as "excessive force" for him.
Definitely the most interesting character in the show
Agreed
Him and Zemo was the best part in the show than the two main character in their own show
This dude's father is a fuckin planet, I just realized that.
Oh yeah, Wyatt Russell is Kurt Russell's son.
And Star Lord's mom met Cap in the 40s 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I dig this version of Cap. He reminds me of The Punisher.
Zemo was more sympathetic than Karli ever was.
In the end of the show he chose to save the truck with people instead of revenge he wanted so much, remember that folks. He's not a bad guy
he is the best part for me in this show
Agreed
Him and Zemo
Thankfully they'll both be in the Thunderbolts alongside with Bucky

I LOVE YOU JOHN WALKER 👏😍❤🔥
He is my favorite in the MCU after iron man and black panther
I love how the show did not bury John Walker but gave him a lot of redemptive qualities, while still showing there can be only one Steve Rogers.
Sam, Bucky, Zemo and John were the best parts of the show.
I dunno about Sam and Bucky...
3:18 Just a group of people calmy walking past the burning car and superhero fight
I like him tbh he kinda acts how I would act if I was man and if I was a super hero
The only diff I see is that Cap usually fights regular people with guns so he has to be more defensive at times, whereas John is almost exclusively fighting super soldiers that primarily use melee weapons so he can fight more offensively.
watch the lemurian star scene and tell me steve mostly used it for defense.
Something tells me that you haven't watched most captain America films!
Blah blah this and that, he used to throw it at his enemies A LOT. If anything, he uses it more as a utility more than both offense and defense.
You know what, I like John Walker
Best part of a mediocre show in a garbage streaming platform
@@joscar062FRRR, I literally rooted for him every time he appeared. I can't wait for the new Thunderbouts movie they're going to make about him in May 2025.
