That is the most important thing that can happen to a k-pop group's career on the long run. 9 years (TWICE) and 12 years (EXO) and still selling millions of album copies and sold out venues to this day. It's not an easy feat to achieve especially nearing or beyond a decade on the k-pop industry.
I think it's because a lot of them are BTS/Hybe stans and they don't realise that they're streaming the groups' music in a very obsessive way. It's like as soon as the song releases they have it in constant repeat and it leads to a large amount of streams. Meanwhile with EXO and Twice, i can wait like a month before listening to their music because they're still gonna be there 😂 Both of them were already big groups before streaming even started to matter, they'll make it

obviously the problem with Seunghan is very problematic, but when you look at it, Lucas was extremely popular prior to his scandal and had a whole 3 years full of success before the scandal, and SM knew what they were doing, they wanted to see what would happen by slowly teasing Lucas back into the public eye through instagram and RUclips, but SM knows Lucas brought in a lot of money and werent going to let him go, which is why they gave him such a higher budget cause they want people paying attention to him due to money, but with Seunghan, Seunghan is so early in his career that it would be easy to erase him if he were to be kicked out or leave RIIZE, he only has 4 songs with the group, and with the fact that Siren was made longer without him really makes it only 3 songs. It’s sort of the same situation with Garam, she had a whole mini album but boom is kicked out of the group and then Hybe basically tried to erase her existence by re-recording the old songs with members covering her lines. These are all things companies do, if you’re early into your career and mess up, it’s easy to just delete you from the group and have the group continue because as your group gets more popular, no one will know a group was 6 or 7 members, whereas someone who has a long career with a group, it’s hard to forget their existence in a group, especially when that member was popular and bringing in money.
I get that Lesserafim get hate for their weak vocal. But Lily and Ahyeon get hate for having a strong vocal is stupid. Just stupid opinion like a crying baby who dont know anything about singing. They are singers! They SHOULD have strong vocals.
I think people hate Ahyeon's voice because it's pitchy? just like some people hate Sana, Momo, Soyeon's voice. There are some people that hate high pitched voice or finds them annoying. I've always said with BTS solo music you are getting 7 different artists with their own sound. You can't expect them all to have to same amount of success with their solo albums because even if you are ARMY it's more than likely a member or 2 is going to have a sound more to your preference. I'm ARMY and while I've listened to all the solo music that BTS has put out I'm not going to go out of my to stream every member's music equally. I listen to I want in the moment. But I think every member of BTS has been doing well with their solo albums and they each got to promote in their own unique way too. What I don't like are the solo stans literally begging certain members to leave BTS and completely disrespect the talent and hard work of the members of BTS. And while I love them as soloists I just really can't wait for them to be together as 7 again in 2025. BTS as a group is magical. I kind of think of BTS like a rainbow, their colors are beautiful on their own but when they come together they form something that's even more beautiful.

I agree with the Aheyon opinion on the second batter up prechorus.. not because of her voice itself but because of the way she sang it with her chest voice.. it felt so random and out of place. As for Lily I have no problem with her parts inside NMIXX's discography as they were made specifically for her ( love me like this being an example ).. but in her I AM cover she messed up some notes and her technique didn't help, and I'm talking here as someone who has only been into kpop since last year and whose main issue with Twice are the high pitched vocals, so trust me when I say that the high pitch isn't the reason.
You can't hate on Ahyeon's voice if she was just inserted into the song. Furthermore, everyone was singing in falsetto and she wasn't. That's why she sounds different, not because of her voice sounding bad. However, in sitm she sounded really good. Better than the original, it's just batter up where she sounds out of place and that's bc yg used no effort to make her sound in place.

Most of the time, I don't feel any sympathy for Idols. Because SM(many others too) have a horrible track record when it comes to how they treat their idols. Why idol trainees keep signing with them is something I'll never understand (desperation, maybe). It's like dating a guy who has a history of domestic abuse towards their partner. You get into a relationship with him and then act surprised that he's abusing you too. If they are minor, why do the parents allow such a thing? (The parents' fault). But this is more so about the consumers who complain. If some consumers complain about mistreatment, they should also look into themselves and see that they are also contributing to it by buying the company's music (not the idols music, but the company's music cause majority of idols don't write/produce the music. Most of the money goes in their pockets. They own the royalty, etc.). These companies don't care about the well-being of their employees. Money is their only motivation. And as long as the consumers keep giving them money, they will never stop. So what im saying to the consumers is, STFU, if you're not gonna do your part (if they complain, that is).

My brutal honest opinion: idc if anton is lacking in dancing, he can sing, he can sing live while standing and dancing, he can harmonize, he can do adlibs, his voice is beautiful and it's enough for me :3
I've always said with BTS solo music you are getting 7 different artists with their own sound. You can't expect them all to have to same amount of success with their solo albums because even if you are ARMY it's more than likely a member or 2 is going to have a sound more to your preference. I'm ARMY and while I've listened to all the solo music that BTS has put out I'm not going to go out of my to stream every member's music equally. I listen to I want in the moment. But I think every member of BTS has been doing well with their solo albums and they each got to promote in their own unique way too. What I don't like are the solo stans literally begging certain members to leave BTS and completely disrespect the talent and hard work of the members of BTS. And while I love them as soloists I just really can't wait for them to be together as 7 again in 2025. BTS as a group is magical. I kind of think of BTS like a rainbow, their colors are beautiful on their own but when they come together they form something that's even more beautiful.
Exactly! I liked Jungkook music, some of Namjoon, a few of J-Hope and a few of Suga but even if V music was sweet, it was to much nostalgic for me and Jimin feels like to much angry? I do not know how to put it, there is an undefeeling there a little to disturbing for me...
I do not like rap at all so I do not listening rap line most of the time but Indigon is just my taste, Hopeworld, More and a few song of August D music too but most of their music is not for me.
Still, I stream all of them when it is time to support them but I keep listening what I like, I am here for the music not for giving Hybe my money just because.

Yes they've had their issues, but I don't know why HYBE would purposely go out of their way to not promote Jimin when they know it would work to their advantage. I don't know the reasoning behind that but maybe things were happening behind the scenes we weren't aware of. And trust me HYBE can frustrate me too but I was more talking about fan's support as opposed to how HYBE treats the members.
I agree with the Aheyon opinion on the second batter up prechorus.. not because of her voice itself but because of the way she sang it with her chest voice.. it felt so random and out of place. As for Lily I have no problem with her parts inside NMIXX's discography as they were made specifically for her ( love me like this being an example ).. but in her I AM cover she messed up some notes and her technique didn't help, and I'm talking here as someone who has only been into kpop since last year and whose main issue with Twice are the high pitched vocals, so trust me when I say that the high pitch isn't the reason.
ahyeon's voice is not suited to there songs..in my own opinion though..only "like that" seems suited for her..
You can't hate on Ahyeon's voice if she was just inserted into the song. Furthermore, everyone was singing in falsetto and she wasn't. That's why she sounds different, not because of her voice sounding bad. However, in sitm she sounded really good. Better than the original, it's just batter up where she sounds out of place and that's bc yg used no effort to make her sound in place.
That makes me wonder why she sounds so out of place? If batter up was rerecord to remove her, then adding her back shouldn't be a problem. YG is so weird. I swear I don't get how they are still a company

I swear Hyung Line are like the backup dancers of BTS. They honestly deserve more. I also wanna add something. Armies should learn to live up to their title of being the most loyal fandom. The gap between the numbers of Hyung and Maknae line is too big. I understand y’all may have your preferences but atleast try to support the other members too. They also work hard. Heck, they work harder than the Maknae Line does.

The real and disguating problem about Lucas and Seunghan is that their scandal are valued in different way. Most of the time, I don't feel any sympathy for Idols. Because SM(many others too) have a horrible track record when it comes to how they treat their idols. Why idol trainees keep signing with them is something I'll never understand (desperation, maybe). It's like dating a guy who has a history of domestic abuse towards their partner. You get into a relationship with him and then act surprised that he's abusing you too. If they are minor, why do the parents allow such a thing? (The parents' fault). But this is more so about the consumers who complain. If some consumers complain about mistreatment, they should also look into themselves and see that they are also contributing to it by buying the company's music (not the idols music, but the company's music cause majority of idols don't write/produce the music. Most of the money goes in their pockets. They own the royalty, etc.). These companies don't care about the well-being of their employees. Money is their only motivation. And as long as the consumers keep giving them money, they will never stop. So what im saying to the consumers is, STFU, if you're not gonna do your part (if they complain, that is).
