@@clementasampana4402 I doubt she called it a Nigerian dish. I always knew it to be Ghanaian but West Africans have intermarried and shared a variety of recipes over the years. Anyway, it's not commonly eaten in Nigeria.
@@zealheals Garri production process most always comes with some sand, though it does not affect the pleasure of having it, especially when it's to soak with water and have in the traditional way, cos the sand always settles at the bottom. However, processing these days have evolved greatly and it's not so hard to find Garri without sand anymore, cos Infact it's a selling point often exploited in marketing.

Try it with kpo kpo garri, soak it first before frying, you will not use garri again
