I do my fried rice like this, apart from the batch by batch mixing. I actually thought I was overdoing it by adding blended green bell peppers but seeing you do same is giving me joy right now 😂

Yesterday, I tried the fried rice method and my rice came out crispy and nice. And to think I used a short grain rice, yet it still came out firm because of the roasting I suppose.
