Hi ivy, can you please drop list of food items that can be stored in the fridge and freezer, because I am aware that there are certain foods that if your keep in the freezer it get to spoil and some that kept in the fridge gets unpreserved.

Please Aunty Ify , how can someone manage EGUSI that the smell has changed so that the taste won’t come out after cooking.
My husband came to canada with EGUSI and did not manage it well before I joined him this year, it is much and I don’t want to throw it away.
