I am a mother of six little girls I love in America and we don't have half of the ingredients you have but I love your show I love how attentive you are out of your family I love the fact that your food is exquisite me and my daughter sometimes watch it together
Just find an african store in your city. Most of the time they carry Ghanaian and Nigerian ingredients for some of these local dishes or even try the Hispanic stores as well.
My mum made this for us growing up, with palm oil and crayfish, during the Sapa era, funny how I had an inspiration to recreate it last week but with my culinary experience now. I will still do my own variation soon enough. Nice one Sisi yemmie
This is our popular dish growing up and she just updated it with more goodies!!!! Keep RIP mom for am proud of you . Thank you for the updated version.
I have never seen garri jollof looking so serious like this before. Whenever I want to eat garri jollof, I just add stew to it. But this is amazing, so much effort to bring this to live. Omo food dey oo
Ayisiri you are right learning about frying garri with salt onion and palm oil in 1988 from cousin when I went to live with them in Zaria north of Nigeria 🇳🇬 Though she school at calabar girl school then ,May be that's where learned from as a student. I even made for children too. But this one sis yemi did is another level with all assorted things Good job

You inspired the cooking me in me. I hate spending so much to cook healthy and delicious meals. You are so genuine sis and I'm definitely gonna try this @sisyemmie
This seems to be a modern "jazzy " variation of what is called farofa back in the day in Lagos Island quarters, in the Latin quarters. But it was flavoured and cooked with seafood stock only. That is stock or broth from boiled prawns and crab . All the sweetcorn and vegetables is the jazzy part
One-sided sound! I use my earpiece all the time when watching youtube videos and I noticed that this video's sound isn't balanced on both channels. It alternates between balanced and unbalanced, I hope you fix it.
I wish I had a beautiful and talented woman like you as my wife instead. My wife cannot cook anything and only suggest mcdonald if she is going to provide a meal.
Am a Nigerian but Ave never seen this in my life while growing up,well done sisiyemi.
