Just found your channel and I love it. You're a blessed man. Your content is so useful and to the point without all the blah blah blah. Jen is very witty and smart with her comments. She's also fearless to ride that bike even though it's prolly a lil to much bike for her, but she was smart and mostly stayed in first gear. If she continues to ride it regularly I know she'll start ripping around as she gains confidence and learn how the bike responds. That $150 bike is a treasure find. I'm 66 years old and still enjoy my dual sport and street bike. Thanks guys.

For some weird reason this video popped up in my feed ( I don't watch dirt bike videos) when I saw the thumbnail I new that it was a kdx200! I miss my old 88 kdx200. I remember it feeling so insanely fast. I'd have my friends ride on the back and scare the shit out of them lol. Unfortunately one day I was riding it to a party in the woods and it started revving full throttle by itself and I couldn't shut it off so it ended up seizing the motor. Then I traded it for 2 ounces of weed. Aww I miss being a teenager.

You should get more cheap dirtbikes and do the same thing. Flip them.. include the whole process in the vid, from looking around, purchase, rebuild (or whatever), and sale. Kind of like “Fast n Loud” but for dirtbikes.

I laughed then immediately gasped after I realized what it might have meant... Luckily the gas in it had color that indicated oil mixture.

I had a 1990 kdx 200 2stroke that had one and I bypassed it and mixed the fuel and oil myself

This is my life over the past year, had my 89 KDX rebuilt, new crank seals, road safety test (mot), I've owned it for 20 and it's sat in the garage for 10.
Got the engine back in the night before taking it to France for a 500 mile Alpine offroad event, didn't miss a beat.
150 dollars is ridiculous, good ones go for 2K over here

Part bikes where I live, never dip below $700. It could be a mangled ball of scrap metal and people will still ask over $700.

I would say say you made out like a bandit for 150 dollars! I bought a 1994 ZX600E Ninja for 900 bucks and drove it 2 hrs back home that day. Had to do some work to it but I rode all the way out to Colorado Springs and back in two days. It was epic! Loved the video glad you are keeping some older bikes alive out there!

Hi, love the videos, in Australia we got 2 versions of the early 90,s KDX 200, 1 was the KDX 200 e and the other was the F model, the F model was a street legal version of the E, due to our stupid road rules in oz the F had a steel fuel tank and a much smaller carburetor (28 mil ) as opposed to the E which had a 35mil, they also had oil injection ( F ) plus a horn, indicators and rear brake light, I owned an 200 F and trying to convert it to the E model was an expensive pain in the arse, I'm pretty sure that you only got the E model in the US, why we ever stuffed around with 2 models of the same bike is anyone's guess, but to do it the way they did,it was way beyond belief. Keep the videos coming. 👍👍👍.
    Cheers Tony.
