Yeah, a retaining wall with some bushes would make the front and side look a lot better. Even if you made it into a mini rock garden it would look better. Just curious...do you have any ADA issues with some of these additions, like the step up bathroom? The video series is great. Looking forward to the next episode. More outtakes would be cool, plus maybe showing the cost of things in what you’re doing. Was the bathroom $8K not including labor? Stuff like that is informative as well. I liked how y’all showed the problems encountered like the rotted wood siding. Such landmines are common.
Yeah we'll definitely be doing something to that soon. we pulled permits on everything that we're doing but we're not really changing all that much as mostly just painting and flooring so everything else is grandfathered in. Haha I thought I looked homeless too when I tried to grow my hair out. It just gets too curly and filled with split ends that are extremely hard to comb and manage. Just cut the sides and trim the split-ends at the top and you'll look much cleaner Gabe. Bro to bro lol. Good video by the way, will continue to follow this house hack journey.

are there any restrictions for renting out individual rooms in NH? In MA you can’t have more than 3 people renting different rooms without a license
