Hey I am really enjoying your videos. I have been working on my flexibility/mobility for over a year and have made some gains. But i'm starting to take it more seriously and work on my strength as well. I really appreciate the flexibility test and explanation about how to gain mobility as a naturally stiff person. @@Amitkumar-gm7bw Yeah, I am very serious. It happened I was out of a job till around april, so I had a whole 4 months of free time. I have some pain in my right hand though... I might have done too much. Taking it slow now... it's possible guys!
Latest achievement is I can enter the handstand using the puppy-press with one side! Made me happy for 2 days... can't wait for the full press!

Hey Paul I saw your video on hspu improving your overhead press and I started to wonder would hspu also give you a 100% bw weighted dip?
With a standard bodyweight dip you are all already using your body weight so it wouldn’t necessarily increase your strength to additional weighted dips
@@PaulTwyman I mean that if hspu would also improve your weighted dips to teh point you could do weighted dips with 100% your bodyweight added with a belt and plates , it's something I've heard often but I've never seen it yet
My flexibility score is actually 5.... so which way do I go, strength or flexibility?! 🤦♂️
