watching this 6 years later. ActiveTrack used to be a premium feature, now its on all DJI drones and even the mini 3, the phantom was the predecessor to all great DJI drones. Amazing.
I just ordered mine. I can't wait to get it and use it to film and bring to life these ideas I have for my RUclips Channel. I'm sending back my Phantom 3 4k. This one is perfect for me and is what I've been dreaming about lol. A drone that can more or less fly its self! heck yeah!

I own one, so far so good. Crash free despite flying a lot! Camera resolution is sick :) Love it. Waiting for DJI to invent something smaller than MAVIC!

I hope to have the DJI-4 in my hands before the end of this year, will be using it a lot when I take my motorhome on a trip across the United States. It will be a great addition to doing my startup RUclips blog Ron's RV adventures. Definitely will be able to see and show more of my trip than just using the GoPro I just bought . Yes the price is just a little out of my budget right now but I have been saving my money to be able to have it before I leave.

Personally, I just love the fold up drone design so much more. As an amateur photographer if I was gonna upgrade from my Mavic Mini, I’d settle for a little less tech on the Mavic 2 pro so that I could more easily take it with me on trips.
Currently, the Mavic mini is a blast, so amazing. Subject tracking and obstacle avoidance sure would be awesome though, so I plan to upgrade someday.
