LP = Light Punch
MP = Medium Punch
HP = Hard Punch
LK = Light Kick
MK = Medium Kick
HK = Hard Kick
P = Any Punch
K = Any Kick
PP/KK = OD Version
S. = Standing
C. = Crouching
J. = Jumping
D = Down
U = Up
F = Forward
B = Back
CH = Counter hit
PC = Punish Counter
LVL1, LVL2, LVL3 = Super Arts
QCF = Quarter Circle Forward / Down, Down-Forward, Forward
QCB = Quarter Circle Back / Down, Down-Back, Back
HCB = Half Circle Back / Forward To Down To Back
HCF = Half Circle Forward / Back To Down To Back
DP = Dragon Punch Motion = Forward, Down, Down-Forward
DI = Drive Impact
DR = Drive Rush
xx = Cancel
/ = Means "Or"
+ = Same time
- = Target Combo & Arrows = Move Followup

appreciate the annotations, the explanation, everything really KEEP IT UP, what a great starter b4 the full game, even if things change in final with luke at least we got some understanding what is possible with combo routes

I have similar guides for Kimberly at ruclips.net/video/nDiGM0-hGYw/видео.html and Ken ruclips.net/video/GldJntcMSBU/видео.html Kimberly's combos aren't very execution heavy and Ken does have his loops but I haven't looked into them deeply. i'll do one for Deejay when the game drops as well.

I'm really having a hard time CHP into QCB
Any idea what exactly is the issue? if it's the motion you might have to grind it out and practice for a little bit everyday until pressing that motion is second nature to you
Is this guide still applicable to Luke? From what I can tell it is but I’m new so just checking. I play ken and while he’s super fun I’m exploring other shoto and am trying Luke. Seems so much easier to use.
Basically while trying Luke, the combo routes with no perfect knuckle are to do max charge light knuckle, then use dr to add damage / extend?

This really helped. Thanks. How do ppl throw drive rushes so easily? I get it 10% of the time if that. It feels like a million inputs and I can find the rhythm.
YW, In combos hold down Drive Parry and mash forward during your previous attacks active frames to get the dash. In neutral you can hit forward, forward + MP + MK

Isnt the first combo a perfect flash knuckle ?? The only way i can get it to combo is to do it where he says perfectc
It is a PFK, if you listen to the introduction i'm talking about how I dislike doing those combos, and show the combo route i'm trying to avoid

Aint gonna lie, im confused just looked at the letter inputs on the screen. Would love if instead of the letters, you were able to put the buttons on the controller itself on the screen, makes it even easier to follow.

I want to accommodate everyone but your request would be too difficult. Not everyone has the same button layout, uses the same peripheral or plays on the same console/PC. There's a key in the description of the video you can use if you are unfamiliar. Hope that helps
