same for me.. the skin the talking.. the tones. even this food looks EXACTLY the same i swear they all taught from the same persons...pretty amazing... may i ask do you know what Mazolla is?.. is it just italian name for oil or is it a brand of oil . do u know the brand?... also my nona had a big tub of salt she would grab from or spoon from .. do u know if there was any particular salt they mostly use . ❤
@Add_Account485 I remember my grandma used to buy Mazolla in a square gallon tin and on the side it said "Mazolla Corn Oil". Hope that helps you. Edit: she used regular tablet salt in those round blue containers. Can't remember the name. I think it's still on store shelves.
Yes yes yes!!! I talk to my grandfather everyday he was born in the late 30's such a different time, we talk for hours sometimes I love listening to his stories.
I wish I did this with my mother. She was the best cook in her family of 10 brothers and sisters. I tried to keep up following her while she cooked but she was too fast for me. And she never wrote anything down. The one ingredient they all have clearly is love when they prepare. Thanks for sharing your Nonna Pia with the world.
Watching this amazing lady cook you know that love is the first ingredient in everything she makes. I miss my own Nonna evey day, but Nonna Pia reminds me of her so much 🥰🥰🥰
I watch all these videos with a smile, amazing to see the love she has for cooking and her family, you feel as if you are standing there with her, these videos make me happy, and hungry😂, love from scotland nonna pia❤🏴
Just want to say a big thank you for sharing this. I make this for my daughter following these instructions exactly and she absolutely loves them. I make a big batch for the week and she eats all of it. These cutlets are delicious! Thank you so much again. You helped me feed my daughter good food! As an Italian American I really appreciate this video. My grandmother used to make chicken cutlets for me when I was a kid and I’m sure she made them like this because I remember them being so good. 👍👍👍

I have always loved the Italian accent of pretty much all European accents. I am not Italian but Hungarian Irish on my Father's side and English German on my Mother's and the one accent that always stood out the most to me and the one I love the most is Italian. It's great to see your importance of family in the culture not all European cultures sadly embrace that. God bless
Thank you, dear Nonna Pia, for another wonderful and perfectly cooked recipe! I also want to thank you for the tip on Mazola oil. My great grandmother Nana Oliva and grandmother Madeline used Mazola oil too. Happy cooking! Ciao 🥰
Your beautiful Nonna reminds me of my beloved Mother. My Mom also cooked with her hands (clean), and she also used Mazzola oil to fry foods. It's cooking done like was done in the old country, and I love it!

My mother's only measurement was for a lot of people you use more for less people you use less, so you had to learn by eye.
