Watching your "Indian taco" recipe, I was a little baffled at the fact, they were just like in size to your regular frybread. SO SMALL! How the heck!? Then I saw you breaking them up into pieces on your plate, pushing them all together in the center of your plate. Then you piled on all the goodies and there was this gorgeous Indian taco! Yes, that surly would make it so much easier to eat. Then the thought occurred to me, what a great dish for a potluck! Place all the frybread pieces tightly across the bottom of the dish,, a good spread of the beans and meat, sprinkle across the chopped lettuce and tomatoes and finally the shredded cheese.. I prefer guacamole to sour cream as the topper but I would top some of it with either by using my piping bag. By piping a good amount on top of each "serving", that would also give an invisible line as to what a serving was to be and with your server, you can cut out each piece. I must keep that in mind for up coming potlucks. SOOO GOOD!!🤗
Oh, and I forgot to mention your little frybread wrapped hot dogs I saw in your other video. Great idea as a snack or appetizers. Love your recipes and ideas! Thankyou!❤

This is something new, it looks more like donuts. My fried bread are usually flat and more thinner, still round, it's good for Indian taco and Indian burger. Or eat it with honey. Salt, or dip it in stew, or grab fried potatoes. Or whatever you are eating. Janice
