When I first watched this, I thought "why do we need a mat? We're only putting our arms on the floor!". Hehe, little did I realise how much of and how often other body parts would end up on the floor 😅 🙃. That's credit to you for being in good enough shape to make this look easy. A very good and much needed work out for me. THANKS 😊.

@@AlexCrockford Thanks Alex. Now, so far, we're only talking about the first section! But I aim, by January 6th, to have incorporated the whole thing into my daily routine, which is push ups one day followed by dips the next all followed by a daily mountain hike. I'm happily married and don't really need abs like a pro, but gaining a nice six pack would be a welcome compensation for losing all that hair, etc. 😎👍

Second day. So all of the core muscles are still sore but I really think this is one of the best TRX core routines available. By the way I need a thicker carpet 👍

One question: if I wanted to include this in the context of a 1-hour strength workout (with chest or arms, for example) would you recommend doing it at the beginning or at the end of the training session?

That’s was tough Alex but thanks , was really challenging . Keep them coming. Shoulders felt it a lot , any tips for preventing shoulder fatigue would be welcome .

Just got my TRX. Going to try this and see how my abs look after about 4-6 weeks. 😁 let you know! I’ll do this about 3-4 x a week plus regular workouts. Would that be ok or too much?

Hi Alex, I've been working hard on trying to shred my lower abs. My 4 pack is visible but the lower ab is really stubborn. Aside from diet, what else do you recommend that I need to incorporate in my workout? Thanks
just target your lower abs with progressive overload, train them with resistance (weights), lower your body fat a tiny bit more. Its amazing that you have a 4 pack, not many people can achieve that and the fact that u made it this far will only mean that you can achieve more.
