Thank you for posting it and showing more of bikini style of training. Loved it and it would come so helpful to do something similar for this category maybe with different exercises. And maybe show more of glute and hams activation as well. Love you guys x
Glute and ham activation should come from proper set up and execution, there is no such thing as activating a muscle. The muscles have to work when performing an exercise.
Very wise taking a rest day, a lot of people feel guilty but you have to listen to your body, very refreshing to hear you advise this and still record a vid and explain. Looking great as always Meg 👏
