    I want to say kuba along with a few other have helped me become a better man, watching your training videos, your mentality your positive aggressive alpha mind set has had a massive impact on my life, I am now starting to become the man I always knew I could be, don’t ever listen to the haters bro, your helping save lives out here

    Question. On rest days,should I do cardio 1st then stretch after or other way around..
    And keep loading the knowledge bro.

      I don’t believe stretching does anything personally bud, do your cardio and then shower and get home brother

    I wish you'd zoom out and do side profile shots it's hard to tell when we are so close in. Get the entire body and bench in a shot

    Kuba I'm itching to know what music you have playing on your headphones during sets, which genre etc lol. I would consider myself a techno fan but the background music at Ultraflex is so intense and dark it would start to fuck with my head during the workout haha.

      Small movement is essential, active protraction and retraction isn’t

    I know you stress recovery but is it safe to say that only depends on how frequent you want to hit the muscle. Like if your quads are sore for 6 days, that’s fine if you’re training them once a week?

      Soreness is not really a good gage of progress, I don’t think being sore for 6 days is a good sing at all

      @@KubaSylvesterCielen When I kill quad day w/ hack squats, Leg press, single leg hip press, leg ext and belted squats, I'm sore all week. With glutamine, proper sleep, food, etc. If i'm only hitting hams once a week in their own workout and quads once a week, why would being sore for less days be optimal? If I lowered the volume and was only sore for 3 days i'd be ready to hit quads. I thought the goal was to hit the muscle group as soon s theyre recovered.

      @@3koolboy you could train them more frequently & with more volume spreading it across 2 sessions
      More volume in one session also makes it
      Much harder to progress your lifts
