    I wish my training partner would listen to you when it comes to load . With a 2” inch Willy he tries to make up with it by trying to chuck weight that’s too much sacrificing his form . Bouncing billy I call him . Your way is the way big koob . Keep em coming 😂💪

      So many variables there man. Volume depends on Ur training history, Ur intensity, and what point Ur at in Ur training block.

    I'm unimpressed. Yes he looks good for a machine lifter but free weights are superior for developing full and hard muscularity. Today's bodybuilders are simply lazy. Where's the chins, free weight barbell squats, heavy free weight barbell rack pulls, barbell rows!? Where's standin military barbell presses for shoulders!? For triceps, where's the old school conventional bodyweight/weighted dips, close grip barbell bench press for triceps, and lying tricep extensions/skull crushers!! Today's bodybuilding is unimpressive both in gym and stage, sorry to say.

    When I was growing up and someone had ‘the talk’ with me, they said women were like and electric oven. They take time warm up. Made me laugh when you used a similar analogy for warming up your muscles 😂

    11 movements in total i counted? How long does this routine take you Kuba, just out of interest. Im always concious of being in the gym too long.

      Realistically it probably isnt sustainable if you arent on juice and have a full time job. These guys do this for work and can recover much faster and have more muscular endurance due to being on PED’s

    Just tried the lateral raise variation - absolutely amazing movement - feels great for shoulder health too. Gonna be a staple in my routine now. Thanks for all you do Kuba.

      Only thing I do is when training rear delt is neal on bench press on an angle and do shrugs slightly leaned forward

      Probably down to dropping into the hole without control, slow down your eccentrics and see how it feels bud
