Ive been watching these videos for a while. I don’t think this guy gets enough credit in comparison to other fitness influencers on RUclips. His nutritional and training advice is unreal! Good job 🔥 👏
immense kuba! the ones who can’t train legs with maximum effort and intensity are the ones who blame genetics for their legs! let’s go brother! :)
Was saving the video for my leg day. Gonna crush some deadlifts and hacks, thanks for the inspiration!
Every time I watch a Kuba video, I seriously question my training.. 😅 Appreciate the seriousness he has towards his training, doesn’t waste his time in there for sure.
Everybody thinks they train to failure with immense intensity including myself, until they watch a kuba video 😮😮
Quality !!!!
Thank you for your amazing content
the best pre workout for leg day
The passionate anger kuba resonates is exactly how i feel when trying to explain to my clients on how to train 🤝
I love how you said at the beginning of the video that you weren’t going to talk much in this one and you end up spitting more knowledge than an Encyclopedia 😂 🔥
Love this shit man..wonderful content
"Gotta visualize it bro! Gotta visualize it" That's when I smashed the like button lmao
I don't speak much on my leg days either. Usually it's because I can't.
I feel the same way about training. Few months ago my grandma that raised me passed away and i went to train pull fully battered mentally but after 3 movements I forgot about my "real life " struggles and I felt great because I had sick back pump🤣
Thanks Kuba I want to meet you one day and shake your hand and tell you how much you have inspired me
How do i put this, that hack squat and headphones on it gets pretty dark, the pain is so dark your brain is convinced to quit, and all it takes is that intense desire, every cell in your body will command it's a threat and you stop, it's real dark folks good luck brother ❤
Brand of the adductor machine? Thank you! 🤙
21:21 this man speaks the truth!! you have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable
Hi Kuba, I’ve been having pain in my left calf on leg press recently, no matter which one I use I’ve tried horizontal, pivot press etc I get the same pain, has it ever happened to you?
How many sets do you do for each exercise ?
📈📈📈
They don’t know me sonnnnnn
“Leg extension is anal” 😂😂😂 I’m stealing that one
Algorithm
Who here is already saying “Write that down” before Kuba gets to it, and then cheers when he DOES get to it!?😂🫶That needs to be a JP Tee somewhere along the line!😂🙌Loving it!🙌
Is it all worth it look what happened to joe Linder
If u want to shine sprinkle smt on yourself
Don't be a prick. This is an uncalled for comment, hater
how dare you write something like this after that poor guy death?
I think comparing a bodybuilder who keeps his bloodwork in check to someone at a sub-physiological body fat year round through fat burning steroids and diuretics and saying he's at the same risk is a bit of a reach. Almost no bodybuilder is dying in their off season, most deaths and health complications happen close to or on show day or as we see with Joe Lindner when you stay close to contest shape year round when your body can't handle it.
@@graynz824 that’s what I mean , do you think it’s still worth the risk all these gym fanatics must think it is knowing what might happen to them hope nothing does happen to them , theres keeping in shape and there’s going that bit further it’s not good for the body
