The fact that you control the weight with it being that heavy is unbelievable. Dosent matter if you're enhanced. I see so many enhanced people throwing weight around, barely getting real reps; if any at all. You are one of a kind nick. Love watching you work out ♡♡
@@vamurskyBecause for most, it really doesn’t I believe. Perhaps it’s not that it doesn’t work, it’s obviously good for something; even if only the ego 😉 Most people either don’t know how to train correctly, and, or most people simply don’t like pain.. PERIOD! Everyone always talks how they train hard.. but most of the time if you were to go and watch them train, you’d see that it’s really not so hard. They take the easiest route there. Almost reminds me of a really drunk person; watching their head move all around dancing to music yet their body isn’t doing much. Not as they believe that it is. Lol. 🤷🏼♂️
@@flex863 Yeah. A lot of people don’t train hard. What’s that got to do with my point? There are many different training styles that work best for each individual with slight alterations because whilst we are physiologically similar, we are not physiologically identical. As long as you’re generating great mechanical tension in relation to fatigue, damage and injury risk, there is great variation in exact training choices.
@@vamursky Well without getting too deep here… if we’re talking bodybuilding, there’s more effective styles of training for optimal growth factors. While some people are built differently, the same methods in some cases still apply. I could go on about fast & slow twitch fibers, other genetics etc. etc. but do you get where I’m coming from. If you train with me.. and fully allow me to direct you.. I will show/push you to the extreme in breaking down muscle fibers etc. Yet I know some people who barely break a sweat and grow immensely, always have. But yet I guarantee I will still bring out more striations, growth etc. It would be almost as if someone who trains with shitty form vs. training correctly. Btw. This isn’t about “me.” ( like I think I’m so great etc. 😄.) But I have more experience than all of these guys.
@@vamursky Now at the same time, I do more less agree with you also. I believe one should support/encourage another regardless. Yet why can’t one still respectfully offer some solid advice. Because although something might work for someone, it might either stop working, they might get stuck/ plateaus… or maybe even boost what’s already working for them with some new ideas/info etc. Wasn’t like I thought there was anything wrong with what that you stated. 😊
I like the science behind his training style pretty straight to the point. Nick seems to respond great to it. I like watching Hany and Chris Lewis take their athletes through different ways of achieving the same goal as well….
Ive dropped overall 50 lbs to my average lift, joints hurt a whole lot less, muscle gains a whole lot bigger, im 2 weeks in on my meso, got 4 more weeks to go
I hope your video editor reads this: can you please adjust mic and music volume? I have to lower the sound when music starts and up the volume when he starts speaking. ty
Bro get yours ass a proper mic so we can hear u and also don’t have so much difference between the audio from the music and from the video. U need to adjust the volume every time
I saw your every videos and also from last Olympia 2022. No offence but if you will work on your love handles a little bit and vacuum belly, then you are unbeatable. No body will be able to beat you
It took my life .that is pretty ruff lol ! Full range of motion nick Walker is key big man! You need this hip press for that upper sweep and tie inns. But I would still at lest be doing front squats and parking lot lunges minimum Walker .tom platz didn’t have fancy machines and he still had the best quads ever . It’s not always about the feel nick just do them ! We have a Olympia to win .let’s go !💪🫵🏻🔑🔑🔑how about that every other leg workout 315 barbell squat for 200 reps ! Let’s go nick!
Dont forget Tom P had amazing leg genetics. His legs overshadowed the rest of his body. If tom style was truly superior to other methods , the rest of his body would have been like his legs
The foreman all these exercises was amazing my only critique would be feathers you need to stop locking your knees out like that that is potentially horrendous.. obviously you have a ton of experience and perhaps you've recently developed this has a bad habit.. stop your knee lock out 1 inch away from. Full lock out.. that way you won't become the latest Internet meme where someone snaps their leg
@@justasquatspecialist well from a logical standpoint it's not a good idea regardless of what dr. Mike masse think of the angle if you have to be a person who locks out severely on how can fold the top of your shin under at a v-shaped angle towards your femur.... This is a recipe for disaster I've been training for over 40 years and I've never done a set where I locked my knees like that
Train each muscle group three times a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Legs in the morning, upper body at night. One to three exercises per muscle group. Only one set, three to six slow super strict reps per exercise. With only about one hour of training every second day, this routine delivers extreme intensity with minimal cortisol production.

Time under tention and full range of motion = muscle growth.
@@John-wick_NL yupp. That's how I train.
All I gotta say is, if Nick isn't pulling the full stack, neither should you.
Why not support people training in the style that best works for them?

Nick, in my eyes, is the most consistent bodybuilder that I have seen. He reminds me of Ronnie Coleman in his prime.

Make sure those crocs are in sport mode
Seeing Jared looking like a skinny kid next to the mutant is otherworldly :D

I like the high intensity training you’re replicating from Mike mentzer I started copying you lately I notice I need less volume and more will power 😂

I really like jared's crocs (Btw how did Jared realised nick walkers legs is fast twitch? legit question, i found that interesting)
where is that mentioned??

id guess is that fast twitch lifters feel the stimulus indicators (ie pump) of less volume faster and are unexpectedly good at low reps
Do RUclips boxing for the bag and fight Fouad

Those legs are just unreal. Literally looks like a bull
Jared has no laces in his hoodie
