    I’ve had the pleasure of training with Justin on multiple occasions. His workouts have a special way of kicking your ass 😅 with that being said, his knowledge and programming are INSANE. Doesn’t matter who you are or your fitness background, you will get some insane results.

    I’ve been blessed to be a “student” in the Built Better school with Justin and Team. His training protocols and programming are result producing, period!
    MMA and want more striking power? Like CBum and want hypertrophy in the legs? High schooler and want to go from the skinny kid to varsity athlete? 55-yo Mom looking to regain your muscle mass and body comp from 30 years ago… I’m telling you, I’ve either seen it or experienced it at Built Better.

    I was put through a similar workout in Marbella Spain during an Advanced Program Design course with Charles POLIQUIN in 2016.

    I see the benefit for 2x a day and separating the muscles groups in between but man the mental toll it would eventually take on you I just couldn’t see doing it consistently. No matter how much you train the most important aspect of training is rest. Every body and mind needs rest just as much as it needs physical reps.

    I do think all these guys are over thinking and over complicating the basics, if it's not broken don't fix it, old school Ronnie and Jay leg training is what is needed,everything these days science the shit out of everything 😂

      I think the emphasis here is to combine performance focused training with longevity focused training. Which is something Coleman was not concerned about.

      Well the norm for past bodybuilders have never been to focus on the longevity of their body. Chris is a nee breed of bodybuilder. He’s setting himself up to have the ability to live a comfortable and healthy life when he’s done with the sport. Guys like Ronnie, Andreas Munzer, Greg Kovacs, Dallas McCarver, Rich Piana, etc… focused on the now, and never looked ahead to what their bodies would look like 10-20 years down the road, and look what happened to them. Correct, the dudes from the 80s and 90s were monsters, but they never put an emphasis on being healthy, like Chris and many new age bodybuilders
