I see the benefit for 2x a day and separating the muscles groups in between but man the mental toll it would eventually take on you I just couldn’t see doing it consistently. No matter how much you train the most important aspect of training is rest. Every body and mind needs rest just as much as it needs physical reps.

I do think all these guys are over thinking and over complicating the basics, if it's not broken don't fix it, old school Ronnie and Jay leg training is what is needed,everything these days science the shit out of everything 😂

Well the norm for past bodybuilders have never been to focus on the longevity of their body. Chris is a nee breed of bodybuilder. He’s setting himself up to have the ability to live a comfortable and healthy life when he’s done with the sport. Guys like Ronnie, Andreas Munzer, Greg Kovacs, Dallas McCarver, Rich Piana, etc… focused on the now, and never looked ahead to what their bodies would look like 10-20 years down the road, and look what happened to them. Correct, the dudes from the 80s and 90s were monsters, but they never put an emphasis on being healthy, like Chris and many new age bodybuilders
