    Good morning Kuba, Meg and Mark, it's definitely a back growing day with this intensity...
    I like the way you keep reminding us of checking your ego in ....I'd rather be half way up the rack and add reps and TUT than go up 10 or 20 kgs and not hit the muscle. I wish you all a great weekend 🙏. Thanks for the information and demonstrations of range of movements. Be kind, be safe 🦉 G 🙏

    I see a lot of ego lifting in the gym. I always slow tempo and correct form before load increase. As a natural I also want my tensions to catch up with muscle build. Slow and steady wins the race lol, at 50 I have too.

      Tbh just try different ones and whatever feels best for you and where you feel the contraction just stick to that
