That's what I said. People are so quick to complain that its bad writing that Kingpin didn't squash Kate like a big. But for Kingpin, he saw Kate as as a fly compared to Daredevil and wasn't even bothering with her. He was focused on his objective to get Eleanor.

There is a reason Jujutsu is one of the big three (Judo, Jujutsu, and Kickboxing). If you can make your opponent meet gravity at the very beginning of the fight, that will also be the end of the fight in 99.9% cases.

Let's not forget that there's a huge time span between the Daredevil series & the Hawkeye series.

I think the mistake for this scene and this episode is that they shouldn't have put kingpin doing the dirty work himself in the first place they should have just make a different scene with maya trying to assassinate him which then led to him being temporary blind you can't just build up a very interesting and scary villain then turn him into a joke on one episode like what's the point in that?

Depends on how fast it was going and where he landed. It didn’t hurt him much because it wasn’t going that fast. Hell, John Wick got hit by 3 cars and still got up and fought, and he’s far skinnier than Kingpin

The scene is far from perfect. Why would you continue to just toss around someone who’s coming at you with deadly force. Even if she’s not much of a threat, allowing her to continue attacking him is still pretty dumb on his part. Break an arm and your done.
