    I have been taking it since december for my MS fatigue. Still pretty fatigued, but my memory seems a bit better. I have a book about it and the book did not state that you should not take within 2 hours of iodine. I take 10 drops(10mg) 2x a day. when I go above that I get very itchy and my neuropathy gets worse.

      It isn’t “magic” for me but at 5-10mg, which is 10-20 drops, I notice intense BJJ classes feel MUCH easier, that feeling where you’re struggling to breathe with cardio seems to be very mitigated. This would be a low dose some people say 1mg/per kg of body weight is still good.
      I will likely experiment with increasing the dose as well. In terms of the mental effects I haven’t been able to quit the adderall yet but I’m not taking nearly as much.

    My question. I’ve always looked at meds as a good thing. But I believe we develop an acceptance. And a dependency. So. I use Methylene Blue but don’t want the dependence. Anything looking at that ?
    Just looking at our history. We need Vitamins. Some are reported as needed every day. Hmmm. And where did early man get those every day? Seems unlikely and therefore, we might need them, but not everyday.
    That’s the thread I’m clinging too. If it’s useful How often? How long? And what happens during breaks from it

    • @TheEnergyBlueprint
      @TheEnergyBlueprint  2 месяца назад

      The benefits do recede once you stop using it, but that is the same with mineral, vitamins, food in general, exercise and so on. We are naturally dependent on many things. This shouldn't be a criterion for exclusion.

      There's no real suggestion that it just masks symptoms.

    • @johnhurd3257
      @johnhurd3257 10 дней назад

      @zelareka I've only used it for 2 months at 5mgs every other day. I did stop for 5 weeks.
      It seems whatever is changed in my mitochondria and brain is permanent. There's no dependency except fir that being the normal way to take something that fixes something. As of now, I'm convinced I don't need to by take it as often or not at all. Whatever repairs made in the beginning are still noticeable many weeks later. People say MB has a half life of 12 hours. I think this is not true. It's not fully under understood. This is a game changer, but should be started very low the first few days. Many people experience higher BP and hand tremors. A significant mood boost will be noticed by day 4.
      Because it's beneficial affects last for days I feel it could be detrimental for some if one doesn't closely monitor the positives of MB.
