    Hello Dr. B,
    I would like to suggest that you consider using a small microphone that can be clipped onto your shirt when you are at a distance from the recording device. These microphones are inexpensive and simple to use, and they will significantly enhance the quality of your voice recordings by reducing the amount of reverberation from the room. I'm a certified audio engineer.
    I love your vid and they prove great information.

    I was addicted to meth and I’m still on and off . I’m trying. But at 3:00 he’s telling the truth. That’s my exact story. I have extreme adhd and I remember after hating my meds where I would never take them all through high school after taking them since I was 6 years old. I was always on the highest dose on many many brands of adhd medication. When I first tried meth the feeling from the Adderall I took for all those years. Made the meth feel like it was normal. From hating meth all my life due to the addiction ruining my whole family. I instantly felt like I misjudged it the whole time. It wasn’t the bad, it was like taking my medicine… now I’m down too my roots . I’ve developed a huge gambling addiction due to the meth addiction and the gambling it ruining my life. And I just use meth anymore just to gamble. I was clean for 15 months. But the first night I went out to the casino after being back home 2 months out of prison, and used meth as soon as I started losing money to focus more. I need help

      It goes away eventually. It will pop up every now and then. But it will become more and more rare the longer you stay away. I promise. 5 years clean in Aug. 💚 Hang in there. It's hard but it can be done. 1 day, one minute at a time. In the beginning, I had dreams 5 nights a week, now it's been almost 2 years. Yes I keep track in journal.. 😂

    I have a friend right now who is addicted to meth. How can I help her

    • @KatelynLombard
      @KatelynLombard 3 месяца назад +3

      Hey there. My best friend has been in rehab for afew months now for meth. The best thing you can do is be there for them and be a good influence in their life. If they are poisoning your life, create some distance. There is not much you can do. I had to wait for my friend to be ready to go to rehab himself. However, when I caught him with a clearer mind (when he would talk about addiction ruining his life) I would tell him that he deserves a better life etc. (Only when he initiated the conversation though first).
      I wish you thee best with your friend. There is hope. You just need to be strong.❤❤

    Too much dopamine causes psychosis? Sleep deprivation is what caused my psychosis when i was using meth. Not too much dopamine. That soumds inaccurate to me but what i know i was only a heavy meth user for 7 years .. the rest of my active adddiction time was spent on opiates before the meth addiction. Opiate use relased a lot of dopamine and i never had any psychosis during those years.
