That is the problem with building off road buggies there are very limited places to ride them. That’s why I’m building a jet boat there are rivers everywhere lol

Your engine is breaking up really bad on the mid to hi rpms you got to fix that and get some power out of that beast

Those crf230s are a blast! They're like big play bikes but are fully capable. And they hold their value unbelievably well in case you ever sell.

the soft suspension is great, its what lets you go so fast over all the bumps and put down the power, if you want less roll add an antiroll bar! It does sound like its running on 3 cylinders, but im sure even that is enough power for that thing! looks like tons of fun! good job!
Your buddy is so nice. The owner of the 600. He is so cool. I love it man. Yours is a climber and mines a race car. He said the travel on your shifter so short that’s what you need for your racing you shift the gears quick he said i like a lot of travel in mine. What like your suspension?😂🤣😂🤣 y’all have fun ride safe but damn that 1000 needs a lot of work. Sorry if that “wasn’t very nice” as the person sounded at the OHV place.

4 into 1 exaust would make it sound better, the 4 into 2 always sound like that.

That’s how the 600 I put in my quad shifts one up five down I didn’t bother with trying to use the Shiffer from the bike just put the quad shifter on it fit perfect at first I forgot and was trying to leave in sixth gear kept on killing it once I found first it was amazing

You need some RBW wraps for your truck. 👍 Rules for Doe Mtn: "Jeeps, trucks, cars, dune buggies, homemade vehicles, and Mahindra Roxors are strictly prohibited" I suspect that they let you in with the Grave Ninja because it is smaller and looks fairly "factory made".

That was cool. I got his crosskart plans and during the start of the build I knew it needed a bit more height and suspension for my riding taste. Now my build is starting to look like a rather be slicing build. LOL Have you ever tried a dual suspension setup?

What ya got going on two transmissions? Is it like high n low on one and then like 1 threw 4or 5 on the other?

I know your stomping ground is near Asheville, NC. Have you been up to Murphy ORV. I used to fish Tellico and go up to the top. You can enter from Sweetwater, TN down by Red Beards and follow the Tellico river to the top. You can probably enter from your side in Murphy, NC too. Absolutely Fantastic place to camp and fish. Off road area is mostly gravel fire roads and creek crossings.

Rule of thumb, always leave the place in better shape than when you got there, pick up some trash others left behind etc etc, then youll always have a place to ride!

I think you can use a homemade vehicle at Black Mountain Off Road Adventure Area in Evarts KY.
Park that one and get back on yours and give it hell ,,,hard so when you get back home you can change motors

Why does your x cart sound like its powered by a mercury outboard?
If you lived where I do I got trails like 5 miles from my house that are open to the public
Any day you don't break something is a good one.
Don‘t know how your braking is but if it‘s to weak you could install a brake booster kit. They are pretty cheap and can double or triple your braking power.
You need to build a hi horse power one
go to jims and he can take you badlands orv park.bypass your neutral safety switch to make starting easier.
Great to see it hold up, but your big engine do not fire on all four sylinders
