Nothing like putting something you created to the test and having a good time doing it. Glad to see you "push yourself and the machine a little" She's a bad little unit, Great job and keep up the good work.

I can't believe redbeard brought something he bought, instead of built.
Nice buggy ,the clutch was made to pull a 8 or 900 lbs bike not a 2000lbs buggy that why it is slippin...you need a performance clutch or something 👍
@IndyHelis I like the bike motors for power but it needs bigger clutch like the Rotax engine clutch or torque converter...or like one the size of the side by side torque converters...the bike clutch is to small...the power of the bike engines are about perfect....k series is to much...they can make 1000hp turbo...to big to much for that buggy
@IndyHelis too complex too much wiring not enough revs and doesn't have they package of gears in the case itself. They have upgrades for these bike motors to let them handle the added weight. I think he just needs some heavier clutches to hold the power and weight better. And a 4 cyl car engine and transmission would be way heavier with 2x the work. A bike engine has the engineering done for you. And I think its way Cheaper. Maybe a well radiated turbo snowmobile engine But then you don't have the gears
That’s why this buggy is spitting rocks and throwing dirt yeah y’all are crazy and it’s climbing the hills easy clutch works great and his machine is 2000 lbs with motor witch ain’t bad and then motores in the bikes are just crazy fast and way to much power them motors can definitely have more weight and not effect nothing
@NEWMON Engineering his buggy is throwing dirt and climbing bills and you say he needs better clutch your crazy
A cbr weighs like 430 lol not 8-900
I like how you let others enjoy your creations to. Thanks for sharing friend.
That is an epic machine and nice to see it running out where its meant to be.
I ´really like how your buggy clenches itself to the track in the low speed sections, it seems to really level itself out, but stays straight in the faster sections, especially in the hill climbs, it really lifts itself out of the front suspension and puts pressure on the rear wheels!
Nice!
:-D
I just watched the video where you painted this buggy then watched this video to see it in action! It not only looks good, it works even better and didn't break down. Much respect! This area and driving the buggies look like a blast! My kind of fun
Why didn't he bring his supercharged 670 ?Congrats!! Looks like your hard work paid off...Good to see you driving it hard and challenging the buggy you designed and built and not one that you went out and BOUGHT.
Awesome to see all the development of this buggy! And in the end see their capabilities ! Congrats
I'm proud of you. I am not a consistent viewer but I tune in from time to time. You have been challenging yourself and it has been paying off good luck my friend.
Well Chris you have that pretty well tuned and it flat rips. Only thing I would suggest is fenders. Don't need to be stupid big just some little ones would work great. Great job.
Yea when I think of fenders for this build I think of the Ariel Atom and the small fenders that has. Since that is open wheeled like this build I believe it would be good to look at as a source of inspiration.
Think more along the lines of CrossKart/RallyCart and the little fenders they have that hug the tires and are also attached at the knuckle so they turn with the tire. The bare minimum to call them "fenders" at all would be the only way to go with em, but if you're suggesting them for safety instead of looks then I'd say don't even bother or at that point ya might as well just get ya some big ole ugly mud flaps and trash the entire look of this thing.
Ya know, because looking good is more important than safety.
"I wish mine was a 2 seater" "well you built it!" Best line of the whole ride lol looks like you guys had a blast
He has a 2 seater. Maybe that should get a huge overhaul.
We have a 2 seater buggy a single seat rail buggy and my Ratrod UTV Tow Truck
Just awesome my man and a hell yes for hugging fenders with mud flaps😁👍
Good video, got some good rips in, your buggy is looking good, that suspension really eats the bumps, your mud driving instincts were spot on, your hill climbing improved quickly..
Awesome vid Chris! The buggy really went through the paces with ease.I see comments on a sway-bar,but I think 1 twist up on the front lower springs and 2 on the back will pre-load enough to stop the sway/lean.It went so smoothly and kept the tires planted pretty dang good.Great build ! So glad to see you just having fun.Happy New Year.
That buggy sounds good and looks like it works amazing. Good job man. I can't wait until you finish the rock crawler
Its really nice to see you start pushing your machines more and more! great driving!
That looks like SO much fun¡! 😃❤️
That thing looks like a ripper too, such a sick build.... Keep up the great work. 😁👍
Wow! Great Video RBW!! Putting your buggy through its paces!! That thing is awesome on so many levels!! Looking forward to seeing you build a 2 seater or maybe even a 4 seater version of it! That buggy takes a lickin & keeps on tickin!! Nice Job!!
WHOA!!! You're literally damn near in my back yard! Absolutely love L.B.L. and all the things it has to offer!!
Done a fine job on that cbr buggy. Thanks for taking us on the trails with you.
Dang! The suspension on that machine is impressive! The whole Buggy is impressive, fantastic job Chris 👍
build it, bend it, mend it, send it, awesome build and well tuned and balanced, honestly that buggy looked right at home on those trails, and as you said, for a 2 wheel drive, not half bad, shes quite the capable rig and looks like a ton of fun, stay safe out there brother
That s a nice unit that redbeard brung ,but only shows he's able to throw money at something but doesn't improve his channel or his skill or talent at making a rig that can compete with the other DIY'rs in my opinion.
That "donut bowl" would have me puking after about two laps
Your creation rides like a dream brother, keep up the good work. We're all here to support you.
I've been watching your channel and old vids for a few weeks now (recently discovered by me) I have to say watching your skill set progress from early builds through this is impressive. The cbr 1000 is by far the my most favorite build on all of youtube, great job on a impressive machine!
You make such cool stuff! So glad to see you enjoying it.
Sweet ride... engine sound good aswell
What an Awesome Machine, and
an Awesome Accomplishment!
Great Job Chris! It’s been Great
watching the Whole Build!
NEXT! 🤷🏻♂️
That things such a ripper! You should do a comparison video once you finish the rock bouncer to see all your buggies riding back to back. Then start making copies of all three to start selling to the rest of us. Single seat race buggy, 2 seater trail rig, and the 4wd. You've got your whole line up for your brand.
Kinda sad, didn't get to see you build something, but waaay more psyched to see your creation in the wild. That is a very capable machine. Good to see it dirty...
It's really something to watch this dude progress from being nervous while jumping a small mound on Lee's friend's property to tearing it up at Turkey Bay. Crazy.
This video is really nice to see. Your buggy is awesome. I remember a lot of the trails from a few years back when I went to turkey bay.
That's a amazing little buggy you have made for yourself . I think that it did really great out there in the sand , mud , & dirt it was slipping a little bit but it looked like you fixed it after you talked about it. It's really fast and looks like it handles great. Keep up the great work and God Bless you and your family. 🔥💯💪🏼🙏🙏👍👍✌😊✌
Buggies,Deuces and Talons oh my!!! Great video. Longer ones with great content is ok with me.
As I'm watching....loved how it powered through the uphill muddy ruts.
bro so glad to see u out laughing and smiling. life is about making memories to look back on. make your memories bro.
Grinned the whole time watching. What a beautiful machine. Kudos!
Great job on your buggy build! Awesome!
Awesome video, I friggin love that buggy! Perhaps a 2 seater 4x4 buggy project in the future?! Thanks for more great content!
Glad you had fun. Def needs some mud flaps but half the fun is getting muddy
Awesome. You have that suspension locked in. Good build
Apocalypse love this build! I would definitely put front and rear fenders on to help with the mud. 💪😎👊
That’s one hell of a machine you’ve made there! Glad to see you enjoy the fruits of your labor.
Well done, quality build! Looks like fun
i recommend you always drive with your thumbs out side of the steering wheel. if you hit a stump or rock that thing will snap the wheel and most likely brake a thumb. I have seen it... Regarding hte clutch remember its pulling much more weight. Get some stiffer springs or a lockup and it should be fine as long as you don't try to do burnouts on asphalt with those tires.
📣🚨ALERT!! ALERT!!🚨📣
Okay....... Now who called the fun 👮🏼♂️ this time?? We like to get our 🤘🏼🇺🇸 on and let the 🦅's rip. We let our Mothers do the worrying.
@@BIGWIGGLE223 tf?
I second that. Thumbs outside! A broken hand is a certain show stopper. :-)
10:15 Kudos for giving Scott a go in the buggy! -He was diggin your suspension travel, huh!? :D
Thats one thing I miss when going to MC rallies, ppl never let others ride their bikes... I get it, you wouldn't want someone to crash your bae... but it is just so fun trying out what others have made and talk about differences in driving experience. I have a rat chopper with ape hangers... I often let ppl try it out. it is allways funny to see the sport bike riders trying out a set of apes! :D
Glad to see you finally go out habd have a full day with no break downs. Just fun and mud.
It took a long time but you got it going perfectly now and it’s really fast.Great job Chris.
That's an awesome buggy
It seems that you got everything right where it needs to be! Very good job my dude! Thats gunna be a fun toy for years to come!
Your buggies are becoming second to none. Great work!
Chris, Redbeard & Scott are cool dudes, love watching man.
Nice build. Great work. Quite a bit of camber change in the rear under turn in load but seems to work well!
There is zero camber change. That is the one drawback to the suspension design. Its all body roll and the wheels stay parallel with the vertical axis of the buggy.
@@jasonbirch1182 cool. That’s what I noticed. But all that matters is it rotates easily - especially with the loud peddle :) - and it’s fun to drive !! Looks like a blast !! Again super nice build with incredible details and meticulous design !!!
I live in cadiz. Used to go to turkey bay all the time when I was into jeeps. Thanks for the video.
Man I would call your Wild design a fantastic success ! I think if you wanted to you could leave them all in the dust ! Amazing build and YOU DID IT ! congratulations !
Looks like you are having a lot of fun buddy.. Happy new year
I'm big johnson
Small fenders, BIG SWINGIN.............FLAPS!
Also, yours is easily the coolest vehicle out there. You don't have a parallel that I could see, out there.
That's a fantastic piece of machinery. It looks like it rides crazy comfortable too. Damn good job.
I live about 25 miles from there. That's our local riding spot. Glad you guys had a good time.
You built a fine buggy, it looks like it is ready to take on the Baja. 👍
Hell yeah it'll climb a hill. Great video!
This machine keeps surprising, seem to handle very good :) you can be really proud of this one! :)
Awesome machine! 👍👍😀💗
Well Chris it's nice to see you not breakdown they have done in the past with the project they're too nice to see you after you got to have a good time with your new buggy.
Lots of fun...Great video...
Well, that buggy is your best one yet. Reminds me of some old Baja buggy designs, except for the chain drive. It looks to function really well. Maybe add a rear view mirror for backing up.
What an achievement 👏
A real Beast.
Well done
Good job I think Scott was burning up your clutch.🤣 you are a mad man .
Sorry but he messed up your clutch
Well done Chris! It's a beast! The rear tires are a limiting factor for traction. I know you don't like spending a ton of money, but Bear claws are pretty cheap and square and you can get them in a 12" wide in just about every height. That Deuce is impressive too.
I 2nd that on the Bear Claws. Amazing tires.
Great video
that suspension is 10x better sorted than anything from any manufacturers factory 👍👍
That thing is a beast 🔥 The only thing it needs is mudflaps and maybe a clutch after that rip 😂 Awesome build and vid bro 🔥👍✌️
Love the rear drive set up
This is what I want to see. I know it doesn't always work like this but it really needs to for the the viewers that follow a build just to watch 2 minutes of it actually ripping before it gets set aside and forgotten. I need a full day of the machine getting put through it's paces and sorted out on a solid shakedown day so we have a good sense of build quality usability and closure for the build series.
G'Day Chris seems your confidence is getting better , your giving it a bit of stick now .job well done on the build .
Looks like a super fun day!!!
This is one of my favorite builds! I don’t feel like I see it’s true ability’s, I would love to hear more of the upper RPMs of the engine. Really push it to see how strong the build really is.
I do hear some higher rpm’s on the straight pulls!
Looked fun as hell Chris! The machine seemed to do very well.
Great work on that machine! It looks like you relly have the suspension dialed in, now that clutch slipping (its for sure slipping) just needs addressed and youll have a hell of a buggy!
Great way to start off 2022. Your buggy leans more than the leaning tower of Pisa, lol.
Looks awesome but after that run definitely look into the clutch upgrade I had same bike and after lot abuse springs would weaken and start slipping add heavy duty springs and mild clutch and worked great to it went boom.
buggy looks great, wish i had your work ethic!
I noticed every time you jumped the left rear left a skid mark as if the brake was locking up while the suspension was in full droop then freeing after the suspension had a load. Between 8:30 until the 9:00 minute mark. At 8:49 you hit a bump and it did the same thing telling me the brake is locking at droop and compressed to the fullest. Check it out and see what you think.
I'm pretty sure that's from wheel spin at full droop.
Wheel spin not brake
Has to be wheel spin because the brakes have nothing to do with droop since the axle is stationary on the frame
Wheel spin from getting light
This machine is set.up just right, suspension well tuned, strong engine, great build.
I would recommend getting new clutch spring and replace them but also see if the old ones have started collapsing.
That's a mini Trophy Truck!:)
Looks sweet dude!
Oh man I remember that gravel bowl. I used to ride drit bikes at Turkey Bay when I was in the Army stationed at Fort Campbell.
Brother that was inspirational. Seriously
Friggn drive it like u stole it lol
I lived in Paducah for a while, and never got a chance to go see that place! Rad!
Ofc it can. The qeustion should be what will stop it? Haha great video and great build bro
Welcome to the Bluegrass. Hope you enjoy it!
Dangit i missed yall i dont live but 60 miles i go all the time love seeing what yall are doing on youtube im trying to get there myself
Turkey Bay is so fun ! I always get a yearly pass , great looking buggy
You have built a truly amazing machine !
Thats actually better made than in any shop and its also cheaper fucking amazing work man
Love these trails. Try and go at least once a year.
But I’m close!!
