Had a thought for you. For my chicks I added a small wall to make a smaller corner to hold in the heat as well as added tinfoil insulation to refect the heat on all the walls. Works great.

Maybe try using an Air Horn to get the moose to leave, they are super loud & usually work to scare off bears, may be a good idea to have the boys keep one close when playing outdoors. Just an idea & you wouldn't have to waste bullets. Love your channel!! 🥰

That moose was lik, I was here first. Glad Joe shot the gun, thats what its there for. The chick are so cute when they are babies, and the cats are cute too. Loving the videos enjoy the spring time. Might I advise building some rough ladder systems up a few trees, something the boys can climb, in case y’all are outside and one comes up that you didn’t know about and gets aggressive, kinda an escape plan . I would put them all over the area.

I love the variety & editing of your videos. You do a suburb job!! Have you noticed the cross on your doors off the kitchen??? The upper half of the 6-panel doors. I see mine all day & would love to stain the cross a darker color. The bloopers at the end are always funny!!! Where to even start... the moose- hate that it was injured but a little too close for comfort. The chicks got it made in their Alaskan coop. The boys were fun to watch with the chicks and just their imaginations running wild with play. Tina when you were in the kitchen talking about the ceiling I looked at the door behind you and a cross stood out to me on it. I've seen several doors just like that but I don't recall a cross standing out like this one did. Keep up the great work and videos.

Since I'm moving to a downstairs apartment April 14th, I donated lots of things to a second hand antique shop bc I think I want to get a fresh look. Your videos are inspiring me to ho for it. I do white shabby but want new shabby stuff for 600 Sq ft. I'll be facing the lawn courtyard like on Earth level again from the back porch. I love the stained door that has the cross on the top part of the door. I have that kind on my front door. But it has a peep hole in it. Lol. Not pretty like the one you have. I love your taste in decorating. It’s very close to mine. I love the wood cabin look. You have a beautiful family and love both cabins. Can’t wait to see what you do with the second cabin. ❤

Just from our experience a vinyl flooring or some kind of water proofing to the floor is helpful. Without it the floor will rot from the urine and feces...it will absorb it all...love you videos! You will love the hens...

I love the bloopers at the end. I love being outside and in the forest. I wouldn’t want to run into a moose ever. I saw a bear while hiking the Appalachian Trail. Kept my distance and we were good. Your moose seems why more aggressive
