At this price point I agree that esthetic alignment should be available. I only have one Leonardo, a Mosaico, and really enjoy it. I will probably buy a 2.0 at some point. Thanks for the video.
I just recently started collecting Leonardo officiana fountain pens and primarily momento zeros. Would you be interested in selling that green marble momento zero? It’s gorgeous and probably one of my favorites that I have seen. I’ve tried finding it but haven’t had any luck. Thanks and I love your videos
I believe the difference you see in the nib and nib seating between your Pura and MZG 2.0 is down to the difference between the steel and gold nibs rather than a difference between the MZG and MZG 2.0. The steel nibs are standard JoWo no 6 nibs, and the nib housing is removable from the section, the gold nibs are considerably larger than a no 6, and the housing is not removable (but the nib and feed are).
I love my Leonardo MZG. The resin is called Sand. I don't know if it is a 2.0 version or not. It has the grip like the 2.0 but no ink window. Regardless, it is a wonderful pen. It has an elastic nibs which I have found very responsive.

It’s beautiful. It must look great in real life.
Leonardo initially used Bock but by the end of 2020 they switched to JoWo.

Both my MZG Pura and MZG 2.0 have steel nibs.
@@theoffstageme My mistake! I thought your MZG Pura nib looked like the Leonardo gold nib!
