I like your work. I'm just commenting this tip so that people can hopefully get more consistent bakes out of their clay in the future: The baking temperature and time on the package is what manufacturer considers ideal. If you are not using a calibrated lab oven, you probably are not getting that perfect bake and burning clay releases toxic fumes. A home oven usually fluctuates about 10-20° up or down from what it's internal thermostat reads as the temperature that you set it for. The oven' goal is to average close to the temperature it is supposed to be baking at. The thermostats are not always accurate and the fluctuation in toaster ovens are worse. That variance and inaccuracy the oven manufacturer usually considered "fine" for food, but for clay that is sometimes the difference between the bake and burn temperature. Almost all polymer clay is stable at and below its suggested bake temperature. By being stable at that temperature, I mean it should not burn if you leave it at that stable heat all day. The problem is that your oven probably spiked above the burn temperature. Most polymer clay can actually come almost indistinguishably close to fully baked at 10° below the manufacturer suggested temperature if you bake for a longer time. If you don't want to get an in the oven thermometer and actually watch your clay bake, try that.
Stole frome the elves... STOLE!? I was payment for their dishonor and acts of treason, and it was also the dwarves gem to start with. Your in the book!
I understand that being worried about how things will turn out helps your process but I must respectfully say you have nothing to worry about. Looks like a legit kit and studio painted. Awesome work.
Damn man, that's better than the original. Also, I think you can call that pony painting trauma conquered. You'll be ready for Golden Demon before you know it.
Beautiful. Well done. My only nit pick is I'd check the dwarf king on the throne and shave enough off the stones that his feet rest on the bottom., But it is minor. You did a great deal with very little and sculpted. Nicely done.
Great seeing you take these big steps in the hobby. You’ve always been great at painting but seeing your sculpting and kitbashing skills come on is ace!
Damn dude turned out awesome! Get this man a 3D printer and he’ll be unstoppable. Also tell that guy in front of you at the hobby shop to hurry up, he’s holding up the stairs
Loos very good. I enjoy Your very vibrant colours. I have a similar style so those are a nice source of inspirations. I do not like the baking part. I think there are better sculpting materials. There are also things like texture rollers that could help too. Overall a very good job!
Crazy looking model, it's fatastic! I too want to enter in the world of kitbashing but I was always weary of the price point, luckily I found some EU mini makers that seems cheap so I will def try it Also idk... I hoped you would place a smashed flower behind the wheels, right now it looks like the dwarf are carefully avoiding smashing flowers..... not very ""dwarf-ish"" imo :D
"Accidental buy" - It's okay Deets you're among friends here, we all have the same problem, you can admit it
My finger slipped haha
'I know i've got a long way to go!' - Dude - you're work is EPIC!!
Eyyy thanks mate!
I love how you left the tow hook on the back of the cart. I can imagine a cart of Bugman's XXX brew attached to the back.
Haha I literally bought the Bugman’s cart just then! I might have to make a pony themed dwarf army.
That's pretty neat, well done.

Great kitbash.
Quite impressive!
Nice man. It looks like you have improved your painting a lot in the last months! Great job. Thanks for the video.
The green wood painting really worked out well. There is a real little charm to the whole piece and that little horse is a real worker :)

Stole frome the elves... STOLE!? I was payment for their dishonor and acts of treason, and it was also the dwarves gem to start with. Your in the book!
I think this might be my 3rd entry in the book 🥲
Beautiful job mate, that’s a very unique piece of work, I always wanted the old throne of power and the anvil of doom
Way to stick with it! The final mini came out great, love that classic dwarf look
Next project, Mug of Thunder. 😺
Epic! You so deserve all those original models. I’d like to see you do those old style banners too,
Looks real good. I especially like the horse and its decorations.
Well done! I'd love to have this in my army!
The painting makes it look like a real Oldhammer mini. It looks amazing! Congrats!
Thanks mate!
Whoa dude!! That is WAY BETTER than the 'official' model.
Too kind! Thanks dude!
You've outdone yourself again mate! This is honestly so impressive, cracking job
Cheers dude!
Is this really your first ever kitbash? That's absolutely brilliant, mate! Congrats and thanks for sharing!
Yeah it is 😊 thanks so much dude!
This just looks like an old classic miniature.
I'd have expected a dark red cushion on the throne. No wonder the King's grumpy. 😅

Yeah I think it might have risen in the oven because I swear I had his feet on the ground when I measured them all up 😂 thanks mate! Appreciate it!
dude I feel like your painting has improved so much in the past few months these are looking really nice and authentic to the older style!
Everything you touch turns to gold!
Thanks dude!
Amazing work! A ton of great ideas here. The wood panelling texture for the throne backing turned out really nicely.
All in all fantastic work.
Thank you very much! I appreciate it!
Not only vanilia looks good,❤ that style🍻
This is so cool! It's so bright and beautiful (and regal obviously!) 90s chic all the way
Thanks mate!
Amazing conversion! hail to the King!

the crossbow dwarf on the back made it so much better
Thats a great conversion.
Mate! What a magnificent piece! So much character 👍
Thanks so much! 🍻
Great kitbashing. I still have an original unpainted throne and that anvil with the wheels lying around somewhere. Time to get them painted. 😄
That’s a great sculpt, and it turned out looking awesome!!! Love the tufts!
Thanks mate!
