    I have never owned a camera that has brought me more joy. And as born in the early sixties, I have owned many before this one.

    This is the camera that has made me more excited to shoot street photographer. I know it has its flaws but i freaking love the feeling of shooting with this.

    I would be careful with flipping down the rear screen. It cost me £200 to repair my XPRO3 and it has failed again...and I hardly used it after repair.
    The XPRO3 is a great camera, I love using mine. However I don't think that I the XPRO4 is a fantasy.

    I'm totally sold on this. Loving that rangefinder feel (as someone who still has a Voigtlander Bessa R but doesn't use it because film prices). Would a new battery last longer? Also, what's the camera like with longer lenses? Do they poke into the viewfinder frame?

    If I hadn't started to really want a true RF, I wouldn't of ever gotten rid of my XPRO 3. Such a great camera, especially with a 27 mm pancake lens.

    It’s not built like a tank… it‘s tinny and feels like a toy to me, but I may be biased as the screen on mine stopped working completely after five weeks.

    I too have a black XPRO3. It is a fun camera.

    Also it's more discreet than a DSLR style camera like the X-T5 with the faux 'mirror hump' labelled with the brand name in large letters. A great travel/street camera - bring on the X-Pro4!

    This camera has quirks, but it's by far the best camera I've ever owned. It inspires me to get out and shoot.
    My favorite lens to pair with the X-Pro3 is the Voigtlander NOKTON 23/1.2

    I also use the X-Pro3 with the Ttartisan 27. Great combo. The autofocus of the lens is quiet and quite accurate. For me this also the best Fujicamera so far. I also got the X-E1, XT-10, XT-2, XF10 and sold them all after a while. I recently got a cheap X-A3, which gives a nice compact combo with the Ttartisan, which I use as my EDC. But for the real photography tours I always grab my X-Pro3.

    I got the X-Pro1 back in 2013 and loved it. Go got the X-Pro2 in 2016 and held on to it as I didn't see the XP3 as a decent enough upgrade. Got myself an X-Pro3 a few months ago and I couldn't have been more wrong! I love the lack of back screen, improved viewfinder and low light focus and the fact it's a very manageable 26MP. Yeah, battery life SUCKS - especially as I don't use the OVF

    My back screen got damaged after 2 years but maybe bad luck of me. It was the cable connection, the screen is fine but Fujifilm just replaces all the kit (new screen then). Let’s see how long will last the new one. It’s great to see someone that values what’s in my opinion the best of this camera for street phototherapy: the 1 step flip screen. Among other things I didn’t like in the xt5 is the fact that the flip screen is not so easy and discreet to operate as with the xpro3. Yes, dual card slot is a must for some professional usage. Another important poit indeed is the built quality, I love the metal tactile feeling of the top dials. My only major concern in your setup is that the TTArtisan is not weather sealed (since you mention the camera). Liked the video, congrats.

      Thank you - appreciate your sharing your thoughts and opinions on this topic. You’re right about the TTArtisans lens. It’s the only issue for me really. I usually pair my xpro3 with the Fuji 35mm f2 when I’m back home which is weather sealed and that’s a great pairing! Thanks again

    i craved the x-pro3 until i had the x-pro2 in my hands, and were shocked how large it is. by then i had only the x-t30.

      Ok interesting. I found the XT30 too small. Each to their own I guess

      @@Jay_Ducker i now have the x-t5 and also wonder how i was able to handle the small x-t30. 😆 so maybe i should give the x-pro line another try

    i avoided this one purely because of reports of a faulty product. There seems to be a lawsuit going too.

      @@Jay_Ducker yeah. I've never owned a x-pro camera and was looking for one. My instinct was to get this as its the newest and i wanted to own from new, but i looked up online and yeah its kinda bad with the fault. I think its why fujifilm quietly got rid of it. They did win the lawsuit. Hopefully no issues with yours.
      I will either get X-Pro 1 or X-Pro 2 instead.

      The guy lost the lawsuit recently.
      Anyway, don't flip the screen down past 90 degrees and you should be fine. My X-Pro3 kicks ass! It really is like a slightly bigger interchangeable lens X100V.

      @@Mamo878 I agree, folks were flipping the screen past the hinge points. I've never had an issue with my camera and I've had it for 4 years now.

    Upgraded my XP2 with the XP3 and sold it almost immediately and it was the best decision I ever made! The quality issues with this model don't warrant keeping it when Fuji has the same sensor in much better models without the silly rear screen. It's a flagship camera, it should have had flagship level reliability!

    • @Atomicgherkin
      @Atomicgherkin 4 месяца назад

      Would you kindly elaborate on the quality problems you had with the XP3, please? I’m unaware of them.

    • @Caballeroshot
      @Caballeroshot 4 месяца назад

      @@Atomicgherkin Look up the class action lawsuit against Fuji regarding the failing rear screen, the ribbon cable failures that also affect the display screen amongst reliability issues.
