i know im late but please help😭 when i put my package files into the download folder and refresh they dissapear from downloads but dont show up in cc magic
i have folders of cc in my mods for ts3 , i tried merging them for my game to run but all of the cc just dissapeared . im trying cc magic but i have the issue i mentioned. what do I do with the cc in the mods/packages folder? if its there it still slows my game down like crazy, but if i move it , it doesnt show up
Thanks to your tutorial Garnet, I finally managed to make ccmagic work in my computer. I've been wanting to use ccmagic for a long time because I have tons of cc but I found the tool so overwhelming. Then I came across your tutorial that is very easy to follow. Many thanks to you ❤️
I've followed this and another video, and it is very helpful, but I'm doing something wrong because none of the merged CC is showing up in game. It's enabled, I don't know what is causing this issue.
Try and see if you have the configuration not enabled. To do this you have to go to the configurations tab in the program and make sure all your cc is on the side of enabled.
Hii! I installed CC Magic and it works fine but the CC won´t be labeled as CC anymore. The little icon in the corner of the thumbnail is just not there. It really bothers me bc its hard to find stuff. I would really appreciate any help
I'm not sure how that problem can be solved and I have never heard of that issue this program is very old (last updated 2012) so I doubt there are people out there fixing bugs. I'm sorry your experiencing that. Do you have this mod accidentally installed by chance? It would be in your overrides folder. ❤ If you do delete it. @@KyleGarnet I don’t have this mod installed but maybe I just go back to S3PE bc I noticed many thumbnails won‘t show either. I really like the idea of CC Magic and how you are able to organize the cc but maybe it just isn’t for me. But still thank you so much for your help❤️
@@KyleGarnet Hii! Just wanted to give a quick update so I deinstalled the sims 3 and installed the game in english (I had the german version before) and now it works perfectly fine!! Everything shows up as cc and also the thumbnails :D Thank you so much for your help
So, while this and several other videos have been amazingly helpful in getting all this done, I have one issue. No video shows how to ensure that the game is launching through CC Magic. I have 1.63 version of Sims 3, and if I use my normal launcher these don't show. Everything in the folders is accurate and placed correctly. All the clear cache, refresh and rebuilds are done, with no symbol indicating a need to rebuild. So, why are they not showing and how do I launch sims 3 thru CC Magic?
You need to make sure the specific sub folders you made are enabled. It will be in the configurations tab on the top. Click it and make sure they are on the side on enabled sets. I had this issue with cc majic and didn’t use it for a long time because of it.

Hmm have you cleared the cache before rebuilding? Sometimes weird stuff happens to me when I don’t.
